I came here while it was 30 degrees outside and my order was lost but they found it and I was very thankful, the worker that assisted me was very approachable and helpful.

It's your standard Michael's! This one may not be as popular as some other locations, but that certainly comes with its perks. The store is always super tidy, including the clearance section (which is usually a disaster in bigger locations.) They've always got sales going on and there's always something you need on them.

Plus, all the coupons. The one marketing email I don't mind getting in my inbox!

My go to place for that little extra something to decorate whether such ribbon, silk flowers, baking supplies

It has most of my craft supply needs. Coupons usually help offset the pricey stuff.

Everytime I come here to get classroom supplies or crafts for my kids, the people are always willing to help or offer alternatives if I can't find what I need. The store always looks tidy, merchandise is hardly ever scattered around, and the carts are always clean. (Big deal for my toddler!)

This is by far my favorite location.

People who work here are sweet I believe they're following protocols, I waited in line outside while I was very patient. The workers there had so much more patience than me, thank you for that. They're following all the safety precautions. The place is clean and organized. Great management. Please keep doing what you're doing. As a customer, please have patience with them right now

This location is very organized and clean. The staff are very helpful as well. This place is usually stocked with multiple items. I’m guessing since it’s a few days till Christmas that explains why there wasn’t as much in store during my last visit. Overall, I love this Michaels and would highly recommended visiting here!

I love Michael's because I never pay full price for anything. Once you join the free membership they send you coupons. Also the coupons can be used at any Michael's anywhere.

Got the item I liked on closing time but the staff helped me to purchase the product and extended their service even if it's a last minute purchase. Hustin helped me patiently and very polite and friendly. Pamela the Manager that night was also helpful! Another lady in which I didn't get her name led me to the locked door in a friendly and patient manner. Happy to shop in Michael's when you know you're taken cared of well! Place is clean and organized.

Super sweet and helpful staff! The whole store is meticulously organized and maintained - makes for a great shopping experience. It seems like they carry supplies for every craft and hobby you can imagine (like if the craft section of Hobby Lobby filled the whole store). If you have a tendency to start projects on a whim of inspiration, don't come here! :)

We were planning a 50 years birthday, and we found what were was looking for. We didn't find not enough gloves for the deco we wanted, but they have a variety here.

I was very impressed by the attitudes of the sales people! I hadn't been in Michael's for a while, so had to ask for locations of some things. Each person was relational, helpful, kind and researched to help me! Other stores could learn from their sales people. The staff really made this a fun place to shop! Thank you!

I drove from Sugar Land to this Katy location on Friday December 18th because the Sugar Land store did not have any meringue. I arrived just after 6 PM and was on a tight schedule. I needed the meringue on Saturday. While in line to pay, the power in the entire shopping center went dead. The store manager (Sam) came to the registers and said he expected the power to be out for a while and they needed another half hour to get their system up before they could make any debit card (or credit card) transactions. I did not have time to wait and could not come back until the following Monday or Tuesday. I visited with the store manager and asked if I could take the meringue ( $23 price tag) and come back another day to complete the sale. Without hesitation he said yes. Wonderful manager.
