The UPS Store

As I was in the store today, I noticed the same girl working that I have noticed before. She has the kindest demeanor, is so friendly, patient, and always has a smile on her face. Today I just had to tell her how her kindness has been noticed and always puts me in a good mood when I come into UPS, which is often. Her name is Madelyne “Maddie”, and she deserves to be appreciated. Her coworker, Bryan, was helping another customer and he overheard me compliment her, and with a huge smile, suggested that I could use the QR code to give her a great review. Talk about helping out your fellow coworker!!! Both of these employees deserve a huge pat on the back!! They made my day, and I hope this review will make theirs!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge. Madelyn is excellent at what she does and is always so welcoming with a huge smile. The lines can be a little long, but I know that my packages are being handled correctly. Thank you UPS store for being so great!

Itohan and Madelyn are the BEST people I’ve ever met. I was so worried and panicked about something but they walked me through it and helped me SO SO much. I seriously appreciate them so much and they deserve everything. Highly recommend this store just for them two :)

The staff here is so nice and patient. They are also very efficient. I have been coming to this location for a long time, and this is the best staff I’ve ever dealt with! Long line, but in and out very quickly!

I shipped some heavy equipment to the machant and dropped at the UPS store on HWY 1463 near KATY. Their staff,Daiyel, Brian, and Madelyn, are so KIND and HELPFUL. This is really my best experience in all carrier's store. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
