My sales associate Richard was incredibly helpful in finding the right gift for my partner. I was looking for a specific item which has been discontinued but he showed me a corresponding item from the collection that really fit the bill. He has even assured me he would reach out if he’s able to secure the original item I was looking for. The customer experience with Richard at Tiffany has been really great.

My engagement ring is from Tiffany & Co in their flagship store in NYC. Coming from there to here, the space is obviously much much smaller, but the service is still exactly what you would expect when you come. They have all the staples you would need and want to see, but the service is why I come back. The people here are SO attentive and sweet. I enjoy every visit here.

I love the little blue store! My sister is about to turn 16 so I wanted to get her something special so I went to Tiffany and found this beautiful necklace that really wasn’t too expensive (at least compared to some of the other items they sell there). I can’t wait to give it to her because I think she’s going to absolutely love it! Thanks you to the amazing staff for the help too, even if it was just a small sale!

Things are a bit different after the LVMH takeover. Managers have changed, popular legacy gift items, like silver baby rattles, have been phased out. Still a good store, but not the one that I have received superlative customer service from in the past

Great staff! We returned a gift that we didn’t need and got a credit that we easily used to subtract on something that was more meaningful to us. The staff at this location are really professional without the fluff.

This Tiffany location is easy to get to and parking was really easy to find! I was helped by Cindy Park, who was extremely nice and helpful when helping me choose out a gift. She gave me spot-on recommendations but never tried to push me into buying anything that I didn’t want, and her suggestions worked out great! Although I live closer to several other Tiffany locations, I have been (and will be) returning to this one over and over again since Cindy always makes sure that I get exactly what I’m looking for! I always recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

Came here yesterday to get my white gold cross necklace to be cleaned and their sales representative Cindy Park was very helpful. She cleaned and inspected my necklace very quickly and she answered all my questions in regards of how to take care of all Tiffany jewelry’s. She’s very nice, knowledgeable about all the aTiffany products and you can tell that she loves working for Tiffany. It will be nice if a lot of sales rep are like her, she gave me an excellent customer service and she deserved a raise.

Tiffany & Co. has very nice and helpful employees. From the door man to the sales reps, they're never to pushy, snobby or impatient. The item I got was a gift for a close friends birthday and even though they were temporarily out of stock, my sales person called and the signature Teal colored box was waiting for me in perfect time.

This post is solely based on the associate, Nohely and her amazing customer service. I will first start by saying I am a manager in the retail industry, so I can identify exceptional customer service and associate, and that is Nohely. She is everything I expect from my own associates.

Now, onto me. Yes, I work in retail, so I know how difficult the month of December is as the foot traffic is crazy in the stores and customers aren't always patient; especially on December 24th, Christmas Eve, which brings me to my experience and pleasure of speaking to Nohely.

Earlier in the month I had taken my jewelry in to be cleaned and polished, and I was missing one bracelet when I got them back. I didn't think anything of it, because I also had repairs, and I assumed it was in that set for me to pick up another day. By Christmas Eve I realized it wasn't in the repair set, so I called the store and spoke to Nohely, who was so kind and helpful to ease my stress of possibly losing my precious bracelet. She took the time to investigating the situation and assured me not to worry, because she was going to make sure to find it for me no matter what. Bear in mind, this is Christmas Eve, so the stores are extra busy with last minute shoppers, and as a person in retail I know commission is most imperative on a day like that, but that wasn't the concern for Nohely, her concern was in helping me find my missing item and easing my stress. With her inquisitive investigative skills, exceptional care of her customer, she successfully found my missing bracelet and advised me on what to do next since it wasn't cleaned or polished with the rest of my items. I was so relieved for it to be found, I told her I was going to send someone right away to get it because I didn't want to risk anything to happen again. She assured me once again she was going to keep it in safekeeping until someone came to get it from her.

I love Tiffany & Co., and I shop there a lot, which is why I had a lot of jewelry I had taken in to be cleaned and polished. Although losing my bracelet was not going to stop me from shopping at Tiffany & Co., this particular location was going to be crossed off, but due to Nohely's exceptional customer service, I will only come to this location and purchase from Nohely. She is the reason of turning around something that could have gone bad very quickly had my bracelet not been found. Thank you, Nohely! To all you potential shoppers of Tiffany & Co. ALWAYS ask for Nohely. She is AMAZING!!

The customer service here is phenomenal. My go to girl is Winnie she is so nice and helpful. She doesnt mind texting you and sending pictures of jewelry you might be interested in. She is such a sweetheart. Will forever shop at this tiffanys. THANK YOU WINNIE!! YOU'RE THE BEST!

Great experience. Stopped by looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Despite COVID protocalls, we were in and helped very quickly by Ruben. Ruben's product knowledge was excellent, and after looking through several different pieces, we left very happy with our purchases!

I brought in for inspection a charm purchased on eBay that I suspected was an imitation. The manager assisted graciously and assuaged any fear I had of being duped by attesting the validity of the piece and complimenting me on the purchase and then going above and beyond by not charging me for an O ring so I could attach it to my bracelet, even giving me a little blue drawstring pouch for my goods! What a class act and proof that the Tiffany name still stands for outstanding service and quality.
