I went into Skechers in the Arborwalk really just a browse because the day before I shopped at the DSW and actually purchased a pair of Skechers. The difference between the experience at DSW and Skechers was noticeably different. The staff was so attentive and professional, making each member feel as though they were the only one in the store.
They are knowledgeable, patient and overall great. Each of the team members: Melissa, Luis, May and Martha, really worked together as a team. I’m not sure who trained them, but if all of the skecher stores are like the one in the Arborwalk, it’s no wonder the price of Skecher USA stock is doing well on the New York Stock Exchange. Thanks again Team Skecher Arborwalk!

Thank you skechers for your easy wearing slip in shoes. It's amazing variety at this store given they only sell one brand. The staff is really friendly and helpful, no hassle exchange. It even took me three tries to get the right size, for me I was a full size smaller than most other shoes. Melissa was great helping me find the right shoe and exchanging out the ones my wife picked up for me.

I didn't get the name of the employee that helped me today but he was so nice! He got down several shoe boxes for me and when I finally picked a pair, he helped me apply the discount I had at checkout. Great experience! I will be coming back.

I just can't remember if I ever skipped buying something from this store on my every visit to Austin. They have almost the full collection what's available on the website and that too at a very good price. They have discounts running all year so just go ahead and buy. Staff is also quite helpful. 👍🌟

I was in and out within 20 minutes. This was my first time ever going to a shoe store, trying on *one* pair of shoes, and going straight to checkout. They're perfect.

Norma is the best cashier in this store. I came to buy some work shoes that weren't completely ugly. I found a pair, super cute, white, slip resistant sneakers. They were a little out of my price range, but I had to have them for work this week. I took them to the counter, and Norma asked me where I worked. I told her, and she checked a binder with businesses they give discounts to. My workplace wasn't listed, but she still gave me 25% off my shoes. I bought an "Athletic Care Kit", as well. With the discount, I paid $72 for the shoes and the kit. The shoes alone were $80 full price.

I will go out of my way to shop at this store the next time I need to buy work shoes. Norma, if you read this, you made my week! Thank you!!

Exceiiet! The Redfish was absolutely the best. The atmosphere, food and people were fantastic. I recommend Vamanos to anyone who wants great food at a good price.

Work told all employees that they had to report to work with work safe shoes and not with anymore sneakers. Went here and spent the better part of an hour looking at different work shoes as well as tread pattern as I work outside the majority of the day. Associates were very patient and helpful with regard to finding a specific work shoe that met my needs. They were very helpful with my wife as well with her new walking shoes. We will definitely be back.

I love my shoes. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I went there because they didn't have my size at the Round Rock location and had a better experience. The store was so clean and organized.

Friendly and helpful staff. LOTS of selections and great prices. They're doing a BOGO 50% right now. Definitely coming here for my Sketchers from now on rather than going to Academy.

Even though we didn't find what we were looking for, the gentleman working there was great, he gave us some ideas on where to look for the size Skechers we wanted.

If you like Skechers footwear you will love the Skechers Factory Outlet! I picked up some work wear slip resistant clogs for a mere $35 in a size 11. Once I got them home and really walked around the house a little I came to realize they were too big. Took them back to Skechers with box and receipt and they gladly exchanged them for a pair in size 10. With a smile. Manager Norma runs a tight but friendly ship and keeps an eye out for good inventory control. Helps to keep the low prices I enjoy at Skechers.
