I stole a hammer and then took it back and admitted I stole it. Clerk didn't care, laughed and said good job. Offered me a night time security position.

They always have what you need. No issues with returns.

Great customer service and return policy. I mean the restock fee sucks. But over a year later with an item I never even used I was allowed to return it and exchange it for the item I know I would actually use. And the women working their are stronger than you think. 💪

Ray the manager and Abrina were both very helpful. Ray was nothing short of amazing. I asked one question and he was actually interested in helping me. I went to Home Depot first and wasted my time with unhelpful employees with less than great attitudes. Seriously I feel great about coming to this store and won't hesitate to come back. Thank you Ray I really appreciate your great attitude and help.

Very well stocked. Found exactly what I needed right away. Price was better than I had anticipated. Lots of price discounts and very helpful employees. Was in & out in no time. Very courteous cashier too.👍✌

Best deals on tools here compared to the big chain home goods stores. Clean and empty all the time for quick in & out purchases.

Good selection on most of the merchandise. If you're looking to replace your tools without breaking the bank Harbor Freight is the place to go. I don't have one relatively close to where I live so I go when the opportunity presents itself but I never leave empty handed when I do.

This harbor freight in particular, is amazing.. and the quality of the product has definitely gone up from before, I don't think you will have the old problems you used to get from their tools, definitely gone through a change for the better, but pricing remains the same!

This HF is great. Get the SKU and call them to see if they have it. Chances are they do. This location seems to be far better run than the Pasadena store. Many times you can call Pasadena and they say they have something but then they don't. I've largely given up on Pasadena for this store. Best of all you can get here by driving east on foothill instead of getting jammed up behind idiots on the 210.

Much easier to go through than Home Depot and had just what I needed.

Has everything for a machine shop and more... like one time, I found a great little doggie bed on sale there. Didn't expect that product but I bought it anyway because I knew my Pyro would enjoy it.

Clean and spacious! Their customer service is always friendly and to the point! Nice location, right off the freeway. Large parking lot and walkable businesses to also visit in the same lot.

The manager is really friendly and really knowledgeable. I forgot my coupon at home and I was trying to find it online and found one but it was expired but he helped me find the coupon. That’s why I keep coming back buying a lot of stuff

Very good selection and of course low prices. This location has lots of room, not crampy like some others. Employees are helpful - know where everything is.

Services great the sales representatives are right there offering you a hand and all cashews are open so you don't have to wait in line that long..

In and out very clear where stuff we were looking for was, very friendly and not pushing employees. Great experience will go there more often 😉 thumbs up
