I always have a great time shopping at Elements and the ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. And Irina (the seamstress) is wonderful! I live between NY and Dallas and I still bring all my alterations to her as I've never found anyone in NY who does what she does for the price she does it. She is such a hard worker and is very talented. I send all my personal styling clients to her as well.

I have used their seamstress for 5 years on all of my high end designer items. She has always been on time and never charged me more than the original estimate. She does amazing work and reconstruct almost anything. Some jobs take time so you need to plan accordingly, but she is always ready when promised.

Something I should have done years ago,
I own a Tailor Shop in the Design district, due to the high demands I cannot be of assistance to everyone in need, so fortunately I have Someone to call or refer to, Irena has been the one who has been able to assist in most of my request with no regrets.

This is a one stop shop, it's like a vacation for the ladies. They have the hottest fashion, top trends, fabulous jewelry and all of the staff are so sweet.

Very nice cloth with great sales service

This establishment is a scam! They took advantage of a child eagerly preparing for her prom. They took on a project that was too much to handle then tried to throw the responsibility of their error on to the child to correct! The original quote was $200. They ended up charging the young lady and additional $94!!! Do Not support this unprofessional business!!! #No_morals
Update: I just received the nastiest text message from the seamstress, that is seen on here giving herself 5 stars by the way, cursing me out and being unprofessional just as I stated previously! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE SEAMSTRESS SHE'S A CON ARTIST THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CHILDREN!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ON HER PART! HER NAME IS IRINA! TAKE A LOOK AT THE COMMENTS YOU WILL SEE HER NAME!

Very unprofessional, give one price and charge almost hundred dollars more just for alterations and you don't advise the price has changed until check out. Very wrong and called me rude. Who's the customer? It's one thing to brag on a business It's another to feel I'd never use this business again. If there was a lower rating I'd use it. Value your customers not overcharge or try to get over for a service that wasn't asked for on alterations.

Shopped with my daughter. Completely ignored. Way too pretentious.
