I was in a bind and Gulgren saved my plans. We had family coming for the weekend and our oven igniter went out. I went in to see Luxie at the counter, and she knew exactly what I needed and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend these professionals! You can’t go wrong here!!!

My washing machine broke down, and I like to tinker. I found the broken part, a coupler. The parts and service team was so nice, and they got me exactly what I needed. I was able to drive on over and pick it up with zero hassle and an affordable price.

First time buying here, Gary was awesome and didn’t pressure me in to anything pricey. I feel like I got a fair price on my washer and dryer. Your install team was beyond amazing. I have a rather small space and they made it work without fail, in and out in an hour. I would recommend you all highly and I will shop there again.

Our refrigerator was shorting the day before Christmas and in the midst of severe weather. After calling several places with no answer or no one working, Greg was able to send out Josue to help us even though he had already ended his day. Josue problem solved to figure to it what the issue was, had the part to replace it and fixed it all in a timely manner. I was so grateful for Gulgren’s for going above and beyond to make sure we could host Christmas this year.

Called Gulgren and they had a tech (Jesse) out in less than 24 hrs. Jesse, was nice kid, very courteous and professional, and had my dryer fixed in 15 minutes. Great job

Outstanding place! I can clearly see why my parents always come here too. They have a great selection and treat you with the best knowledge and customer service. From the parts counter and the great service from Amber and Steve and the helpful service from the other two ladies to the great salesman Brice it is one my favorite places to shop. The driver Fern and Rickie are a treat to work with as well. I highly recommend this place.

Wanted to give a shout out to our service tech, Jose. He came out yesterday to service our fridge. On time, thorough, did an excellent job of explaining the situation, and friendly. Not the first time I've had great service from Gulgren. As long as you keep hiring good techs, we'll keep using you.

We needed a clothes dryer. We bought one and it will be delivered on Monday. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. We have done business with Gulgren in the past and have always been pleased with their products and service.

I am very happy with the service I received from Greg and the team!! I had a broken igniter and they recommended the right replacement as well as how to assemble my stove back together. Highly recommend and will use in the future!!

Today Jose serviced our dryer that was purchased at Best Buy 13 years ago. He was knowledgeable, careful with taking our dryer apart and time efficient. He showed me the parts that needed replacing and explained everything in detail. He even vacuumed the inside of the dryer; there was 10 years of lint in there!!! I really appreciated the the honest work he did. Thank you Jose!!

We were originally residents of Crystal Lake for many years but left the area 22 years ago. Upon residing in Crystal Lake we had used Gulgrens several times for appliance repair. We returned to the area for a visit with our Motorhome and experienced trouble with our dryer ... the consensus was to contact Gulgrens to help us out with that problem. Greg knew nothing about our small dryer but after talking a bit he decided to look at it and was able to fix the problem within a 24hour period of time ... Everyone that worked on RV repairs only wanted to sell us a new dryer.... Gulgrens is your go to repair place in the McHenry County Area... Thank you Greg ... you’re the best!!

Excellent service today on our GE freezer (ice maker)! The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Was given a two hour window & being in the service industry myself, I know that can be challenging. Would highly recommend Gulgren!

When you call Harry or Greg for service you feel at ease, knowing they will take care of the problem. I have had Gulgren provide service on every appliance in my home, they are always professional, on-time and no surprises. Fast, friendly and did the job right. Jose was able to get out the same day and replace the control board on my fridge. I didn't spend a lot of time pricing everything, but for someone to come out the same day and fix the problem is worth it. Saved me taking another day off work.

I called Gulgren Appliance on New Year's eve day because the latch on my old GE dryer had finally broken and the dryer wouldn't work because the door would not close.

The person I spoke with was very helpful in identifying the part needed, and in locating a suitable replacement. Very friendly and useful! Thanks to Gulgren.
