Reid is absolutely incredible. Helped me find the best drink for me and didn't Starbucks shame me for not knowing the lingo. Best customer service, should be a scientist, and definitely needs a raise. Cheer Reid!

Came in strictly for some information and hot water for a tea bag in the cup I brought in from a non-functioning dispensing machine at the Rayus imaging offices. The counterperson at Starbucks could not have been any nicer or more helpful! I just wish that their lobby hours were later in the day than 4:00 PM.

It was awesome, the people could always be a little more up beat, more cheerful. But otherwise a place for a good cup of coffee

This Northgate location Starbucks is one of the few 24-hour stores. It's very easy to get to off of I-5 going either north or south.

The employees are always friendly and give a good experience at the coffee shop. I love the lemon loaf and sometimes just stop in for it without coffee.

They are the only Starbucks I know of that's open 24hrs. Staff has always been super on point. If I had to guess I would imagine that they likely hand select some of their top performing employees to work here. They are always warm and genuinely friendly, fast, efficient, and closely follow Starbucks guidelines I wish more stores stuck to what's supposed to be the norm rather than putting their own spin on it according to their own preferences.

This is my favorite Starbucks around my house! They are so nice And always make the drinks amazing when customized. They always talk at the window and ask about your day. Very polite.

This is a great Starbucks. The mobile ordering is super fast and employees are friendly.

They made Seattle famous but my personal opinion, the coffee tastes burnt. Always.

I go to this Starbucks drive thru almost daily and the staff here is absolutely wonderful! Especially Lorel, (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) but she is so friendly and kind and always recognizes me as I go so often. If this store reads the reviews please know that Lorel is absolutely fantastic and it’s always a better day after seeing her when I pick up coffee.

It's a typical Starbucks. I moble ordered, and it was done in around 5 minutes. However, the employees set this place apart, super helpful, responsive, and all around a strong work ethic.

I always get good service. I love the impossible breakfast sandwich with a Brown sugar oat milk Shaken espresso.

Always friendly and the fact that it’s open 24/hrs is great. Pretty quick with orders too which is nice!:)

I stop here often since it's close to my school. The staff is very friendly and my order is always well made. There's a barista, named Veronica who is really great. Her wittyness brightens my mornings. I noticed today she made the person in front of me and the person behind me laugh and smile. Great attitude and humor.

Clean place, greeted warmly upon entering and my mobile order was perfect. These baristas are good. Thank you so much for the coffee!

Hi received excellent service from Jannon at this location. I had pre ordered coffees on the app for a group of friends early in the morning at another location nearby. When arriving to pick the coffees up I learned they were not able to fulfill my order due to inclement weather and employees couldn’t make it in. I decided to try the next closest Starbucks and so glad I did! I gave Jannon my phone so he could see my online receipt with my orders since they were not yet taking in person coffee orders yet. I noticed they were taking drive thru customers only which was looking very busy with a long wait time. I waited in my car and Jannon brought all the coffees out to me in a really timely manner. I was impressed. Thanks to Jannon for making me feel prioritized as a customer and delivering service that’s seems to be seldom now a days.

Drive thru is fast & efficient. Minimal wait time is baristas are friendly and easy going. Didn't realize that they were open 24hrs. Difficult to find a Starbucks open after 7pm.

This is a 24 hour drive-through Starbucks near my house that my family and I frequent quite often. We mostly use the drive-through and enjoy talking with the kind friendly people when ordering and at the window. Everyone is nice to us and we know one employe by name. Eric who works the window quite often will talk with us in a friendly way as if we have known him forever.
