Great Experience working with manager Steve O. He took the time and patiently helped us find everything we were looking for. Definitely will keep shopping here. It’s nice to know good people are still in this world going out of their way to accommodate others.

I had a great experience at Home Depot. It was a bad day. I'd been sent three times for the same items. CASSIE & KRISTINE, took care of everything for me. They helped me find what I was looking for and were super professional. I'll shop here again, because these two woman realky care about the customer. They cared about me.

Staff are very caring, even when it’s busy. I even left my wallet there once and they had it safely kept when I returned. I go here almost every week at this point!

It gets the job done......there are a few experts throughout most of the stores, sometimes patients is required but that's probably fair and standard considering the tasks to complete

The gals at customer service today (I'm bad with names, but I want to say Kristine and Kay? ) were super friendly and helpful. Helped me get a price match on a grill and also took the time to make sure I got a new, in the box grill. I was adamant about getting a boxed grill, not an already assembled unit, and they helped make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you for helping me and for going above and beyond!!

All the employees are so helpful! Darryl was absolutely amazing someone give Darryl associate of the month. And a raise and a promotion, he is the absolute GOAT

Went to get a specific kind of clear coat and the man working the paint area was very helpful in what to buy for my project, despite how busy he was. Good price too! So good, I ended up getting something extra!

Nice friendly and helpful service with knowledgeable staff. Not crowded, and people do abide to mask wearing, and social distance rules.

Pro-tip: If the item you found online or the app does not show a specific location or wallbay# (and it is showing in-stock), this means it's way up on the very upper stacks of the associated section. If the location is blank/missing on the online page when logged into the store's inventory, this means that there is "no home" in Home Depot lingo.

The first step is to find out what the main section it is supposed to be in and then find a specific worker in that section to get the item for you via the scissor lift or mobile stairs.

I learned the hard way that you shouldn't ask the random customer service/front desk person initially -as they pointed me to the wrong section. The wrong section person pointed me into another wrong section, and I then went back to the customer service and they recommended a different section -and then I was finally able to connect with an associate within the correct section to locate the item, which was like 20ft up in the air.

This being said, all workers were extremely courteous and had positive intent in assisting me. It was just kind of frustrating taking 35 minutes of talking to multiple people to find the correct area and person (when the location is missing from the online page).

On a positive note -99.9% of the time the aisle# and wallbay is going to be available. I've only had this issue once.

Gary at the aurora store was so helpful. He knew everything that I needed to know and helped me out finding the right procuct for what my needs were. He has tons of respect for his coworkers especially the front of the house people that get to work with the public every day, and we aren't always nice. This site is always a pleasure to shop at, 100% recommend

Ed & Ken in the lumber section are great! So helpful, down to earth and personable, knowledgeable and competent. I had a very good encounter with them today. Even though the new saw had not been installed yet, I left feeling better than when I came in. That is the mark of excellent customer service.

I went to Home Depot for a key type door knob. As I was walking down the front trying to figure where they would be, an employee greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. When I told him what I needed he walked me to the aisle, and pointed out the key type, showing me various prices. Very helpful and professional. I went through self check out and was out in under 10 minutes. Great experience!

I have a project renovating a cabin/cottage I talked to Robert over in paint he's undeniably recognizable with paint covering his entire apron and his name written across it. He step by step walked me through exactly what I needed to strip paint off of wall and how I was going to do it and made sure I had all the tools to accomplish the job effectively and properly. I tried leaving him a review on home Depot survey from the receipt but I could not get it to work. Cannot express my gratitude enough to this man for helping me through something I know nothing about

I have been going here since 1994. A good clean store. Helpful staff but not a lot of them.
