Thank you Jesus for the EXCELLENT service I received from this wonderful sistah at the AT&T store! I was so unhappy with Xfinity after just ONE day, I wanted to jump off the nearest bridge. But this wonderful sistah helped get my service switched and working within an hour!! She literally talked me off the bridge!

I upgraded my phone and had to place an insurance claim on my sons phone and Elian was awesome! I had some issues in the beginning and he was so patient and helpful. I had to get a new Sim Card today and Saul was very helpful! These guys are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a good team here!

Meryan, has the best customer service!She helped me forward my pictures to my email and the other AT&T on Bearcreek was not trying to help they told me to go to the Apple Store. But Meryan was so helpful and cared for the customers.

Great service! I had a pleasant experience with Alejandra who helped me with all my necessities when it came to switching providers and buying new phones. Not only did she help me switch over to AT&T But was very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest tech. I would definitely recommend to anybody!

I would like to thank Elizabeth and Javar for assisting me some weeks ago with an issue I had. My old phone was having issues reading SIM cards, so I took it in. They called tech for me since my phone wasn’t working, who told me my phone was basically bricked and I’d have to get a new one. The ATT tech support guy, who is very lucky I lost his name even though the staff were awesome and reported him for me, took advantage of me while the staff were preoccupied with other customers and loaded my account with unnecessary extras to get a quick commission. Since I need a phone for work, and I was not having a good day, I didn’t have the presence of mind to even think of protecting myself from ATT tech support, so I just accepted everything. Once I asked the tech support guy if I could just do everything in the store since I was already there, and he lied, saying I wouldn’t get as good a deal. I paid for it, even though I was starting to get a bad feeling about it. When I finally hung up and called the attention of the staff, I was told that I could have gotten a better phone for cheaper, and that I hadn’t even needed to get a whole new line for it. I was devastated, but the crew calmed me down, and started undoing what the disgusting ATT tech support guy had done. They fixed everything, undid the shady order, and put me at ease. At the end, I got a better phone for cheaper. Please, avoid tech support orders, go to this store instead. Elizabeth and Javar are extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and just want everyone to get what they need. I will be recommending this store and it’s staff to everyone I know!

Customer service is very good. My phone issue was a tech savvy deficiency on my part, but all was made fixed and I was very satisfied with the friendly manner of the employees. Thanks AT&T.

My daughter had some challenges with getting here new cell phone,but Daniel and Todd did an awesome job taking care of her. They took the time to explain and gave her several options all while taking care of other customers while we waited. Great smiles and awesome customer service!!!! My daughter is soooo happy!!! We appreciate their time and my husband will be in this weekend to switch our lines!!!!!!

The gentleman that helped my husband and I Javar S. was awesome and the rest of the people of this particular store deserve very high praise as well. This group of young people go above and beyond customer service they make you feel like family. This store is ran like a well oiled engine they work together to make each customer feel special. Jarvar S. is a credit to his profession as well as the other people whom work in this store. If we are giving out stars there is really no number that could measure up so I will just say if I have to give them a number of infinity. This is being posted under my son's name because I am using his account but my name is Dr. Thelma Roden-Divin and my Husband is Clifford L. Divin. Thank you again guys for the love we received from your store especially Javar who took on a tedious task with patience and much kindness. I would recommend anyone to visit this store location to see the amazing young people whom work there.

Erica was a great help to us and the problems we faced at this AT&T store. She sat down with us and worked with our problem 1on1 and even helped us leave with a better rate then we had entered the store with. She definitely had the best customer service I’ve experienced at any phone store and couldn’t be more happy.

Erica was freakin amazing. I was planning to go fry and i10 to get the stainless steel gold watch, but her customer service over the phone was the reason I went to her location to get the black Apple Watch. She’s very genuine and a great people person. I have worked in retail and management and this is the kind of hard work we exemplify
