CVS

They sent a text to notify my prescription was ready with a heads-up about their lunch times. The pharmacist was pleasant and helpful with 0 wait time. Every time I have visited this location has been pleasant. They are hard working and do not deserve the wrath of stressed reviewers. They spent a lot of time in school to learn how NOT to kill you. Appreciate that.

I always have a good experience here. It's clean, checkout is quick
And I just went through the drive thru pickup and Stephanie was great. Quick and respectful. Treat people with kindness and they'll reciprocate it back.

Amita the pharmacy manager is such a kind and helping person. She always goes above and beyond to help every customer. I wish all pharmacies had people like her working and making the experience a pleasure.

The best pharmacists of CVS are at this location. Always friendly and helpful to us. Yes, sometimes they are very busy and it takes some time, but I can understand that.

The pharmacy is Fantastic! The store is clean but they are under stocked and are out of lots of products. Front end people spend more time following customers around to make sure they aren’t stealing rather than cashiering or stocking. This is why I only gave them 4 stars.

This was my first time visiting this CVS to pick up my prescription. The two stars are only because my prescription was ready within a hour. The customer service through drive thru was horrible. The young lady sounded angry and when she place my prescription and card in the basket, she slammed open the drive thru door and left without a word. No “have a nice day”, no “thank you”, no directions on how to take my new medication. I tried this location because it’s closer to my home. But I think I’m going to keep my prescriptions at the CVS in Tomball. They provide much much better service wether it’s busy or not. Might I also recommend, placing someone in your pharmacy who is a little more people friendly instead of angry and rude. Thanks

Store staff are alright, though I never see more than two at a time max. Pharmacy staff are beyond incompetent; they lose meds, they give wrong meds, can't follow simple instructions (like the big flag on the chart for non child proof caps), never communicate when there are issues filling your meds, I could go on and on. They've even given me meds dropped INTO THE BAG, not even in a bottle (and yes, they were bulk pills, not a single dose package or anything). Not to mention they allow drive through COVID testing in the same (read: only) lane as the pharmacy, which besides the obvious contamination yikes, blocks the entire line for twenty minutes at a time because they won't get people to pull up from the window. I switched here because it was closer and nicer than the store I was using before, and originally gave some leeway because it was a brand new store. But it's well past time for them to have worked out the kinks, and quite frankly they're a huge medication error waiting to happen. Since I'm forced to use CVS by my insurance, I'll be taking my business to a different location that actually pays attention to their jobs.
