I also have wonderful things to say about Darlene. After suffering through months of poor service in the Orange,CT ATT store I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, courteous service Darlene provided today. I am a senior citizen. She walked me through all the steps needed and told me to return any time for extra help. She listened to all my concerns and went over and above to help me. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Darlene is the best tech I have ever worked with. I recommend her and this store to all!!! Thank you Darlene and God bless you and your kind soul!!!

I had a wonderful experience when I upgraded my iPhone at the AT&T store on Foxon Rd East Haven. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the manager, Darlene. She was so helpful, informative and friendly.
I actually went back to the store 2 days later with questions and once again Darlene took the time to help me with patience and her knowledge.
She is definitely an asset the this AT&T store.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and very welcoming and honest I recommend seeing him anytime

Manny was super helpful and friendly when I went into the store with my mom - it's hard to find great customer service lately since COVID set the world on fire and he was beyond awesome! Definitely deserves some recognition for how great he is!!

I want to give this store on Foxon Road in East Haven, a five star review, because I felt welcomed as, soon, as I walked in. Even though the associate was with a customer, he acknowledged that I was there. I was greeted with a smile and a sense of sincerity by the manager, which showed me he had great customer service skills. I’m not up on all the new technically that’s out, so I needed help to understand my I-phone and I- watch better, he answered all my question thoroughly and I walked out feeling educated on my items. I would recommended this store to my family and friends for their future purchases or questions, because I had such a great experience.

I went to AT&T today to upgrade my phone after having some issues trying to upgrade online. Mike assisted me from the moment I walked in the store until we were done with every step (even though his shift was ending). I thoroughly applaud his customer service and the overall service of the store. I always felt comfortable and safe (everyone was wearing masks, social distancing, using hand sanitizer, etc). I will recommend this store to anyone I talk to and I look forward to going back. Thank you for your help! I also want to add that the store was clean and didn’t smell weird unlike some of the stores I’ve been in.

The store is absolutely 5 stars! It's a really clean store and the staff is super friendly. Right when I walked in, Jonathan greeted me. Him and Maurice were so down to earth, funny, and kind! I will make sure all my AT&T business is done at this store! :)

Mariana was extra helpful, and even though I did not use AT&T service she took an interest in my problems visiting from overseas and sharing good information about options.

My experience today with Mike at AT&T, Foxon store in East Haven was better then intimidated,.He greeted me with a smile, and reassured me no worries, he would help me with my cell phone. He could tell I was anxious and I explained my bad experience last week here with a girl named Victoria. Explain to her she needed more patience with me, I have a severe disability. She looked at my phone for two minutes and said she could not help me. So yes I walked out very frustrated.
Mike helped me for an hour with me, explain to me step-by-step, he has patience of a saint!
I would’ve gave him 10 stars that’s what he deserves.

I will continue Coming to the store, will ask when Mike will be working, to assist me in a pleasant, understanding way.

I was picking up my lost phone. Eddie was most helpful with resolving some issues with the phone as well. He was pleasant and knowledgeable . So glad there is a new manager I actually will recommend anyone to the Foxon AT&T. Thank you Barbara

Madison was extremely friendly and greeted me immediately, she was able to solve my problem and replace my phone. She also transferred all my contacts without significant wait time. Had a very good experience and will return to this store for future purchases.

I visited the East Haven store for a new phone. Jessica from this ATT store set up my new phone. I must say she went above and beyond. She was very patient and took the time to be sure I was satisfied and that all my apps worked. I would highly recommend her.

My, fiancee, used this store in east haven to pay his bill on his wireless account.He has gone there for the last two pay months and has excellent service. The personel in that store are acknowledging, curteous, and customer service oriented. The at&t stores in hamden and north haven, which is alot closer to our house are horrible, no acknowledgement, not courteous, and wait time is 20-30 mins.To pay a bill??. East Haven .He was waited on immediately. I recommend you go to this store for any of your needs.

Jose was so knowledgeable and helpful setting up a family plan phone for my elderly Dad.
He was Very patient with us and provided wonderful customer service.
