The owner Mark goes out of his way to make you happy. Looking to get back into the hobby and Mark got me in contact with people currently racing who shared their setups, ordered the parts and made sure price was competitive to what was on the internet. He also followed up with me and kept me posted about where my order parts were and when to expect them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for anything hobby related.

Branford Hobbies is one of the few remaining hobby shops. Great selection of models and RC vehicles. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

My kiddos love this place! So many cool things! Their favorite is the slot car track. The employees and owner (I presume) are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Come here for all your slot car, model train, RC, and model needs! We will be back!

I’ve been going here because I like slot cars 🚗. Always looking for a new car and parts for my collection. Mark is excellent. He has been a great help to me and he’s very knowledgeable on everything in the store. Starting going there to race cars on Friday night and I plan on returning to race. A lot of fun. Great store.

I have been buying hobby supplies from Mark for about 25 years, absolutely the most stand up guy you will meet.
His knowledge of the hobby industry is 2nd to none, never mind mail order, it's just not worth it.

The staff was excellent I bought a crawler from them I loved it . Now I'm thinking about getting another rc , the staff was so knowledgeable and me as a beginner they explain everything to me . I can't wait to back and get my new RC car 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Just moved here from Florida, and found this place. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed some help today and Mark took time to help me out even though he was extremely busy. I know that I could order anything I want online but I will support this shop from here on out.

A real hobby shop! Awesome owner who does everything in his power to get you what your looking for. Excellent service and selection. He’s a smart guy who knows what the trend is with hobbies. If your into trains, he has some stuff ( again not to trendy now). If you like RC cars he has lots of stuff. Great place for some obscure models too! Awesome

If you are looking for a hobby shop to fulfill your RC toy needs, I highly recommend visiting Branford Hobbies. Marc, who is the owner of the shop is warm, welcoming, and kind. Marc is very knowledgeable in the RC field, providing excellent service with anything you need regarding RC toys. If you are new to this field, Marc provides as much information as he can so you feel fully confident and ready to play with your new toy. If you are experienced, I also recommend visiting this shop.

What a nice place, the owner and his team are amazing (top notch customer service). They have a good selection of items and a very knowledgable staff. The store was busy however, the owner did an excellent job greeting customers and taking great care of everyone. I couldn't be happier, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Been going here over 20 years. Has changed in that time- less trains and more RC but Mark is still great and will work to get you what you're looking for. Great model kits and rockets upstairs and awesome WW2 memorabilia. 5 stars

The owner of this shop named Mark is a very nice person very knowledgeable friendly. A bunch of customers were in the shop they were also friendly cool people. Wind up getting a great toy well hobby car at a good price will definitely be going back there to continue this Hobby. Highly recommended if you want to get into any kind of modeling RC hobby stuff

Five stars every time Mark is a good guy and you know there's not that many of them out there any more. He knows his hobby, any question he will answer or he will find you the best answer he can. Great prices as well as great gossip!

Just got back into Rc cars as an adult, the customer service here and the owner best I’ve ever had anywhere, will not go anywhere but here, highly recommend, doesn’t just sell you and push you out the door you will be informed how to use what you bought in detail

I went to visit this shop after a phone call with Mark. I told him that I was looking to get into the RC hobby world and he very quickly warned me away from over spending on the latest and greatest as a beginner. Knowing very little about RC cars, I genuinely was at his mercy so-to-speak and he didn't over-sell, talk down to me or make me feel pressured in any way.
Very cool atmosphere, friendly feel. Worth the trip!
