T-Asian Market

Clean and lots of unique stuffs that you don’t find anywhere else in Connecticut. This store mainly focuses on Thai groceries but also has Japanese/Korean groceries plus snacks and cute imported merchandises. The Whale Tea is also inside the store. This store is frequently replacing/moving furnitures around and sometimes even a few shelves around. At one point they did an extensive renovation. Photos you see from all of these reviewers may look different from one another but it's all from the same place. I love the presentation and arrangement of this store. It feels like a mini Japanese market place store (or even mini H Mart) where everything are nicely and neatly presented and shelved. This is so far the prettiest and cleanest Asian store I had seen in Connecticut.

Side note: Beware of one middle age lady behind The Whale Tea is grumpy and she has a bit attitude problem. Skip her and use the Kiosk to order just to get in and get out. The young Whale Tea staffs in Milford next to G-Mart are much friendlier and pleasant to deal with.

This place is a new favorite. Store is very clean extremely well organized and the staff are so pleasant. A new go-to!

Nice, organized, and clean store. Love that it has boba 🧋stand and a place to heat up the instant noodle. Also has places to seat and enjoy your food or just hangout.

The best Asian Supermarket within 30 miles! Such kind staff, and very very clean and well stocked.

Great Asian Products, and you can find delicious hot food. You can make and eat your ramen inside the store and they have The Whale +Tea where you can eat what I’ve shown in the pictures

Incredible Thai grocery store ! All the hard-to-find ingredients you need to cook Thai food ! And super nice !

First time i went there with my daughter inlaw. I was introduced to alot of Asian cuisine and all of that nature. Loved it, also the boba and teas.. some items are pricey

this asian market is so so neat and easy to navigate! they have an adorable east asian merchandise shop inside as well as a whale bubble tea and ice cream shop 😊 the vegetables are always fresh and the staff is as sweet as ever!

Really like this store. They have a wide selection of coconut milk and other thai products, including sheets of rice noodles. I have come here for hard to find items at other stores.

This refresher is amazing I drink one every day it’s very good. The place is clean and the staffs are very receptive you can found everything here.

Ohhh the wall of Ramen... need I say more? I absolutely love dragon fruit and this is the place to get it. Great hole in the wall of a place. Especially if you're looking for those unique flavored snacks that could only be found by going over seas. The Tea bar is delicious and they have an app for it so you can order ahead.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I really was blown away by the store. I read and looked at most of their previews reviews, and I gotta say they exceeded expectations! They have a great selection of items. I found just about everything that I was looking for. The store is very organized and impeccably clean! Their staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

Also check out their milk tea section (The Whale Tea). Their milk tea was delightful!

I am surely going to come back here as a regular!

I love this store. I always find something new and awesome there. They have a bunch of really delicious frozen desserts like mochi, "petit donuts", and all different ice creams I had never heard of before, like jackfruit and corn & cheese (both were surprisingly good!) There is a Whale Tea inside where you can order bubble teas and crepes. There is a make your own noodles bar. Everything is easonably priced. Can't say enough good things about this place. I only wish they would partner with a delivery service, at least for the Whale Tea.

They have a great selection of items and great prices. I have found a seasoned seaweed snack that they have and it is so good. The people that worked there are very kind and have one of the best shops ever. This place is a definite must go to. They have great selection of teas. I will be going here all the time.

Very clean store, well organized. The store provides gloves for shoppers as you enter the store as part of covid19 precaution. Of course, you also have to wear a mask. It has all of our asian grocery needs when we go there. I like going to this store. It has a great aura for some reason. Reasonably priced. Excellent customer service.
