I love redwings and alex has always been helpfull for the past years i have been coming to this store

Alex and Maricela were wonderful! I was looking for a pair of boots last minute and was able to get one that worked for me. Alex was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get a great fit, even calling around initially when I couldn't locate a size that worked for me

Alex gave me a repair for my Irish setters for free after three years from when I bought them, almost as good as new, excellent service 💪🏻

Covid 19 safe practices are in place at this location. No more than 4 people in the store at one time, and a box of masks and sanitizer is provided upon entrance inside of the store.

The gentleman that serviced us, Alex, was very polite and personable, great customer service. My first impression of this store was a great one. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

Alex Garcia was the best Salesman I’ve ever seen in person. I went in knowing nothing and walked out feeling like I was a boot connoisseur!! I went over budget but didn’t mind it at all. These boots are well worth it.

I would like to take a few moments to personally and publicly acknowledge Carla at this location. I purchased a boot from another Red Wing location and the salesperson told me it would take two weeks to get here. Subsequently, my company was unwillingly to wait two weeks. I went to several stores before I decided to give Red wing on Cockrell Hill a chanc . I explained the situation to Carla and she immediately started seeking options. Thanks to her I received my boot in 48 hours. Carla- thank you so much and Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
