It's a gas ⛽ station with food /snacks and drinks

This is not about the location but more for ALL Shell gas stations. Get a BETTER way to enter your reward number, every gas station I go to, it always ask like 3/4 times, like why can’t we just hit rewards and type in our number? This asking three/four times before you can even enter your number is SO FKN frustrating and ridiculous!!!! I don’t even use mine because of that, but when I do try, it gives me a damn ring around just to put in my number!!!! Makes me just want to start going to a different gas station!!! Please fix it!!!

I've been going to this place for a few years but within the past six or seven months there's a young white girl behind the counter who gives me a hard time. And today I was the only one in the store wanting to play my lottery she's behind the counter she looked at me and decided to stock what's behind the counter instead of waiting on me so I walked out I don't understand why she has this vendetta against me maybe because it was over me not wanting a bag 6 to 7 months ago for my beverage and she says I have to have it maybe that's where it started. Other than that all the other cashiers are excellent workers thank you
