Ross Dress for Less

Prices are too high....for a store like this. It is not a mall. And should have more size 5 wide for women. And better varity of clothes like they have at the stores up North. Should be equally North, South, East & West

Literally just left this store 5min ago and I was FLOORED by my experience here. It's the weekend before Christmas, there's dozens of shoppers, but every worker there was welcoming, efficient, and hard at work. Special shout-out to Kadija! The only cashier there with a line that made it to the back wall. She is a STAR!

No issues, I'll shop again.

Once I started shopping for a dress for a wedding, I was surprised at the value I get for a lower price, compared to other stores! I didn't used to like Ross because it seemed to be messy, regardless of location, but they really have worked on some order and keeping it clean.

This is the place to find great bargains on just about everything. There is clothing for the whole family and things for the kitchen, pets, wall art, housewares, bedding, shoes, toiletries and even designer purses. On Tuesdays, there's a 10% discount for those 55 and over which is a nice perk. It's pretty rare that I come out of Ross without some must-have find. There's also plenty of free parking.

The manger Kahdijah handled a situation today that was exemplary. I had an exchange item. I stood in line for awhile. When the cashier called me I said I have an exchange. He told me he couldn't do it. Khadija gave him permission and he refused. He began to go back and forth with her. From a management standpoint she handled it perfectly. He was very rude and disrespectful to her in front of othe customers. She apologized to the other customers in line and quickly did my exchange. I watched her do the job of two people. Ringing one and bagging another.

It's a nice place to shop with a lot of clothing options to choose from. I can always find something that I like. Not only clothes, but some home decor items as well, like pillows and sheets, pots and pans, candles, bathroom accessories, etc. It also has a variety of toiletries like deodorant, clippers, shampoo and conditioner, etc. All kinds of cute, delicious snacks and cute insulated cups. The store associates are friendly and fast and will check you out quickly. The lines are never too long.

I have NEVER visited such a neat, clean, organized Ross before. Even the towels were placed in trios and colors making it very easy to purchase entire sets without having to dig to find a matching bath towel AND drying towel. Shoes were not in disarray and clothes were properly placed all on a Saturday. Great job.

Overall, good experience. I don't have any complaints. I got what I needed plus more. I probably spent a portion of what I would have spent at Target or Walmart. Lines were long but cashier was quick and efficient. Social distancing was respected.

I dont know how they do it but their prices are unbelievably affordable. And the items are not low quality either. Anyone can mistake the items as expensive luxuries, but Ross sells them to you at a bargain!! My whole family can each buy clothing and stick to our budget! The staff are respectful and theres great security.

Visit Ross today u can find really good ideas here. The lines usually are very long but they have gotten better with having Cashiers. Love Discount on Tuesday 👍

Always able to find what I need store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Low prices, nice clothes and constant change of styles. I spend minimum and still always leave with a few bags....my type of shopping. Better location than the nearby Deerbrook store .

Great customer service customers are sometimes very rude to cashiers for no reason I feel sorry for them but they do a great job at getting line down and maintaining the store with who they have

This is a nice Ross. It was clean and the line moved pretty quickly. They had a nice selection and it was organized.

Fully stocked with bargain priced merchandise. Sales associate were quickly checking customer's out.

I love Ross! I ALWAYS find cute clothes, and I dont have to spend an arm & a leg to look good!
