I shopped here today 5/9/23 and had a wonderful experience as I got exactly what I was looking for. Greg did a great job at check out making me feel welcomed and engaged and management was very attentive and resolute! All stores should strive to achieve the level of satisfaction this store does on a daily basis!

Copy center offers a huge variety of products, and is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable associates.

Hello Houston I stopped in at Office Depot on today Westheimer@Wilcrest at 4:39 p.m. my experience was excellent Mr Hans, the guys at the print counter, the guy at the register, everyone in the store was exceptionally nice. It's not everywhere you go where you can say everyone in the place was nice. The bathroom was clean and the store was well organized. Yep I'll drive an extra mile to come here. Just had an AMAZING experience at Office Depot! Ms. Bridget was so patient, kind and maintained her professionalism. I had over 65+ documents to print and she took her time to ensure they were printed in color and/or black & white while maintaining a smile and calmness in her voice. It's hard to find good customer service these days. Office Depot, you have chosen a great associate who takes pride in her job and rendering quality service to the customer. I came in a few months ago needing help, Mario and Marc were so unbelievably helpful and kind. They explained everything I needed to do, and when I was confused came over to help me. The customer service was great, and I always appreciate those who are just happy to help and this is what I got! Great location, and kind people!

Went into store to copy some coupons and print and fax an important form. The associate was very patient and helpful. She explained everything clearly. No complaints.

Jason and Michee were fantastic in helping me find and get the items I needed. As an old lady I really appreciated that Jason walked to the back of the store and brought the items to the register.
