Fast unloading, good attitude, they let me park in front of the building until the morning, security guard lady is a Sweetheart and forklift driver is very nice

Fast unload do not deliver after 130pm close

I had an appointment for 11:00 and was very late due to truck and weather related issues. I arrived at 2:30 to find a sign that says receiving ends at 1:30. I called the number on the sign and was greeted by a very polite person. I explained the situation and was put on hold while they contacted the appropriate department. I was then given a dock and was unloaded in less than an hour.

Second gate is the right entrance first time i entered wrong gate for pick up loaded my trailer fast less than a hour the lady at shipper office very nice and friendly

Delivery w 53' dry van. Quick unload, staff friendly and helpful.

First time delivering here. We had a noon apt, went in at 7am and were out at 8am, thanks

About 2 spaces to park overnight by the dock 39. Call securit first to make sure. Appointment at7 checked in at 6 got the door was out by 7

Came for training with true value rental and this place is clean and well maintained. All employees seemed to have smiles on there face and loved what they do.

Great place to pick up at, within 1.5 hours of arriving I was loaded and ready to go.

We do all their yearly conventions, very organized, great employees, a pleasure to deal with...might be a big corporation but they haven't lost anything in people skills along the way.

It was an amazing tour. I found out that the manufacturing facility is opening a hardware store inside! This is awesome, especially for the people who live in Cary, IL and surrounding areas

Looking for retailer in my area that Carrie's a floor finish they make, they made calls, found the closest one to me & called me back. Very impressed

It is also now a Paint outlet store with great staff and straight from the factory paint products.
