Great Store, Great Value, Large Selection, Friendly Staff, Very Reasonably Priced, We Shop Dollar General alot You can't Beat the Prices on Many Items, Beside that We never know what we're going to find that we just might Need!!! Really Nice Store And Very Big!!

The Assistant Manager is so sweet! He remembers me and my kids everytime we go back(which is 3 or 4 times a week). He is one of the best workers I've seen! He definitely loves his job, and his customers! His name is Brandon, and he truly treats everyone like family. He's also the only one that we really see in the store. Definitely a great investment that DG hired him!!!!!!!!

Wow, this is the nicest Dollar General I have EVER shopped at. The building itself is beautiful. It was a very different shopping experience. Very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly, polite and seem like a great team of workers. Great store. I will be telling my friends and family to use this location. Great place, 2 thumbs up !!!

Great Store and great customer service. Carra? I think war here name was very helpful and eager to help. You don’t find that much anymore.

Neat and tidy. Presentation on all displayed racks / shelves were organized and well stocked.

Clean and organized. BUT... Every time I go in , at least one product doesn't ring up as advertised. Next time Atty.Gen will be made aware.

Great store with great selections . However, the manager obviously doesn't like her job....unfriendly and, at times, rude. Apparently she doesn't realize that customers are her job security!

It's bad enough that they put this eyesore here. But it's a good place for the local kinfolks to get pop and cigarettes for cheap. A quick trip to this non functional store will confirm how jank this place is. Shop here if you like tripping down the isles as there is unplaced product and items clogging the walkways. If you do happen to make it to the checkout without getting stuck in the clutter you may not be able to pay for your items. Either the self checkout will be broken or the cashier will be nowhere to be found in the store. (Out back smoking a cig last time I was there). Now as of late it's even more difficult to shop there, as they are never open, according to the endless facebook posts. Yet everyone replies to the poster blowing sunshine where it doesn't shine.

I went to this store the day before and it was closed for some reason that they had a note on the door explaining that they were closed not giving much of an explanation. So I called the next day to ask if they were opened and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and you seriously need better customer service at this location. This rude incident happened at about 6:20 p.m. on July 24th 2022 at the West Olive location on lake Michigan drive and 120th.

Went into the store at 6:50 and was told I had to pay cash because the credit card machine was down for the night. On top of this, the hours say open until 10 but the rude cashier rushed me out to lock the doors and close at 7 pm.
