Extremely helpful with large challenging shipping, packing some breakables from elderly parents.

Rob and his team at the UPS store in Wildwood, Eureka, and Chesterfield take excellent care of me. I used to go to other stores for my printing and shipping needs before I met Rob. I had an order I needed out quickly and I called Rob and gave him a chance to get a rather complicated order and print job done for me. Without hesitation he asked me to email him my needs and he fulfilled the order right away and did a phenomenal job at a fair price. He and his team have since earned my business and I have been using them over the last several months and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team is very respectful and diligent with all my needs. I get alerts when my jobs are done right away which helps me as a business owner to stay on track. I highly recommend The UPS store in the previously listed locations for any printing and shipping needs. They will make it quick and easy with a fair price. I love having a house account they send me an invoice for once a month for review before the charge comes out unless you choose to pay per order. Give them a shot and I promise you won't be upset with the results.

Very helpful and sympathetic! I was having trouble figuring out how to send a computer to a friend, and they helped me get a sturdier box (not frivolous, later research told me I really did need that), and were so patient with my fumbling. They even called some time after I left saying they looked into it more and found a way to get me an even lower price! I was really impressed with that. I'll keep using this location whenever I need to ship something!

Rob- the owner- did an unbelievable job in arranging transport of my household boxes for my relocation to Florida. UPS Freight was very efficient and timely with the delivery.
Rob picked up the cartons and handled all arrangements for me. He followed up the shipment to ensure everything was rec’d.

Went to the lackluster store in Washington, MO where AGAIN...The store was closed just as i pulled up with some reason...and wouldn't even attempt to talk to me for a question through the door just after they answered another from the door. I walked up as he walked away to ask where the next closest location is, and he looks at me with this arrogance and points to the sign, at the same time I hear the lady owner??? Holler from the counter that they are closed!!! This has been my 5th time going to that Washington store, and all but my 1st time was a horrible experience.

NOW...

Went to the further Manchester location in Deirbergs...this location I'm on right now, and the man working was very kind, communication was friendly, and had NO ISSUES. I would recommend going the distance and support a store that seems to care more, and a store that ACTUALLY accepts returns from AMAZON, ETC...Washington location DOES NOT for whatever reasons at the moment.

The team at the Wildwood store has always taken really good care of me over the years. They go out of their way to let me know when I have a package or mail that I might be waiting for. They never mind when I call up their to check my mail box, even when they are busy. The customer service has always been very good. I love Rob, Carol, Matt and Kurt.

The staff is excellent, the location is very convenient and the new self service kiosk works well.

I would gladly pay $6 for a tape roll if I can get serviced by the hot young man working the front desk. I would definitely recommend going here! Very helpful and friendly staff. Was in and out of there in a heartbeat.

Worked with Jake. I had to print a PDF doc and ship it to a customer in MN. I sent Jake the link and shipping information via e-mail. All I had to do was show up, sign, and pay. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Great customer service!

Service is always spotty. Some times it’s amazing and other times the people are so rude. Just depends on who is working.

The staff at this store look to be 12 and seem to be quite clueless as to how shipping a package works. They were not rude, but not very nice either. It seems to be immaturity. And not a manager in sight to help them with what they don’t know. Each employee gave me different excuse which is it guys?? I won’t be using this location again since I was unable to get my package shipped. Had to go to another UPS store location nearby. Somehow they didn’t have an issue. Train your people.

I went to this UPS store at 6:30 pm knowing it closes at 7:00 pm and yep, they were closed! I went back to this UPS store 4 dayds later at 1pm in the afternoon, and yep, closed again with no explaination on the door! I just called to see if they were open and nobody answers the phone AND the mailbox is full! This is clearly not being managed properly.

Very nice people employed there, but the office is a total disaster from a operation standpoint. UPS lost my package, when I tried to track it down I was told I had to go to the local office. The local office said go to the national office, and that they had systems down. The next day I called back and they said that the manager would have to file the claim and to call back. The following four days I called back and they are not answering their phone claiming on the recording that they are overwhelmed by customers. Still no package, still no claim filed, really bad service from UPS and the local office. Whatever their problem is they need to get it fixed as this is not currently a reasonably functional business in my opinion.
