I am always surprised when I go into this store. I'm not a comfortable shopper (even less so when it's expensive) but the customer service here always manages to be the right level of helpful. I never feel pressured or ignored. It's uncommon for me to be willing to ask "girly" questions. I'm at that stage in my life where I want to be comfortable, feel more confident, look professional but not stodgy and age appropriate (with clothes that will survive a round of laundry). Almost every time I have to travel, I stop by here to find at least 1 new thing off the sale rack to take with me, and every time service is good. To top things off, they'll tell you how to get the best sale on things you're interested in too which is exactly why I keep coming back. That -- and Belinda W. She's really great.

I like this store for my sister in law.
My sister in law buys most of her clothes from Talbot's. The store is a very nice store. A little more upper class, a little more higher priced. But, all in all the clothes there are very nice, more along the current fashion trends. Not really for the plus size woman.
