FYE is known for music and movies. This location only have these 3 boxes. 2 for DVDs and 1 for CDs. Yikes.

I love this store but the membership scam they are running is ridiculous. The lady on the phone told me they are “coached” into pushing these “10% off coupons” to customers, little to their knowledge they are actually signing up for a membership. You’ll find out a month later when you are charged. You also need the membership ID to cancel, which you won’t have, because it was just a 10% coupon, right? I will not shop here anymore.

Went their about a month ago bought my son some fnaf merchandise. Today I wake up to a charge on my credit card for some membership I never singed up for! Byer bewear!!I didn't sign up for anything I gave them my email because they asked and now I'm being charged for something I never singed up for!!! I will be calling as soon as they open!! They stole my card information!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff does not talk to you the entire time you shop. Not one “hello” or even a greeting at the register. Every product that had a security sensor was still tagged when I left. Walked into other store setting alarms off. Apparently this is not new because multiple stores told me it was my FYE bag setting the door alarms off . Apparently FYE does not care about their products being stolen or customer service. 0/10.

The worst FYE I've been to. It's very lacking compared to the other locations I've been to.
