AT&T Store

I lost my phone and needed new phone and sim.

The staff at the store was very nice and sympathetic. They resolved all the issues without any delay. They answered all of my questions and were 100% helpful.

Brandon the manager is a man with a plan! Extremely courteous and patient. Came for just an upgrade for my ancient Galaxy phone and left with the BRAND NEW model and shiny new watch to go with it! Couldn’t be happier!

Tyler at the auburn store near super mall was absolutely incredible! He happened to be locked out of the store at opening time, as it was his first day at a new store and didn't have the key. He apologized and let us know that someone was coming to drop off a key. He was awesome, once inside the store. Friendly, customer oriented and helped us to resolve our issue. Thank you so much!!! Please give him a raise or promotion! Top notch young man.

We switched from a different carrier and Brandon took care of us and he did an amazing job! He had great customer service and knowledgeable about the products he sold us. We will be back to this location

Wholly Smokes new manager Chris was incredible. Went in dreading setting up new phone that was delivered to the house and he was so fast and helpful. I have never seen someone multitask so well. He was helping 3 customers and never did I feel like he wasn’t helping us. Thank you Chris!

Recently I went in and visited the Auburn location because I was having a hard time navigating my new phone. I recently switched from a Iphone to a Samsung and I was not familiar with anything on it because I have had my Iphone for so long that this was all so new to me and I have to say everyone that was at this location was so friendly and very Helpful. Mitchell was very patient with me and explained things in a simple way that I could understand which was nice. Also the other employee I believe his name was kayne was also very sweet and recommended a nice but simple case for my phone because my new one is different in size its safe to say I have almost dropped my new phone a handful of times so that was very helpful. Its safe to say I will be going to this location from now!!

Like many others, I am here to give Ricky S. a 5-star rating. However, to be clear, the other tall dark skin follow working was trash, and immediately tried to shoo me out the door saying "Yeah, no. We can't do that". Obviously after dealing with Ricky's excellent customer service and motivation to help, my problem was solved without a hitch.

I came into this location to finish getting my number ported from Cricket Wireless to At&t, which is a nightmare to put it lightly. I explained everything to Ricky, AND EVEN AFTER HE TOLD ME HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING, he took the mess I brought in and accomplished the task. I can't express how much I appreciate his effort and committment to completing a task. Thank you Ricky, you deserve a raise, you are not paid enough!

Hands down the best service we have ever received at AT&T. We came in just to look at iphone 13 but ended up buying the Galaxy S22 ultra AND an iphone 13 while my son traded in for the S22 basic. They were so patient with us and demonstrated the difference in cameras plus a samsung guy came by and gave us lots of free Samsung marketing products! They even gave my 3 yr old some pokemon fruit snacks during the slow process of transferring phone info and played paw patrol on the tv for her! Brandon and Tyler were so patient and gave us such great deals on everything we bought! Wish these guys were in Indiana! We dread going to the At&t store in indiana!!!

I went in to the Store the first time on Friday 3/8 and Donte Miller assisted me with upgrading my plan and my phone. Donte was amazing, he was professional, very knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

I did not make any changes at that point as I was just looking at my plan options & phones. I let Donte know that I had to make a few choices with what he presented me but I would e-mail him with my decisions regarding a phone & contract. He provided me with his e-mail address and told him I would let him know.

When I contacted him via e-mail, he told me that he would make sure the phone I wanted was there when I arrived the following Saturday, 3/16. As he promised, the phone I wanted was there, he made the changes I needed to my plan and activated my phone. Again, he did so professionally, politely and quickly.

I have been in customer-centric positions my whole life and in this day and age where customer service seems to be a dying art among most younger employees, Donte's quality of service, knowledge & professionalism is the epitome of what Customer Service should be. You have an Excellent employee in Donte. You should be proud to have a young man with such great qualities and potential. He should be commended for his great work.

The location was nice and clean! The gentlemen in the store were very friendly and I was in and out of the store quickly which was important to me because I was on my lunch break. Ricky and Israel made sure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed before I left. I would 10/10 recommend to other AT&T customers to visit this location.

Stopped by to pay my bill. Donte was quick to help, very informative, and even helped identify a part of my bill that I was overpaying. I got a new device and was up and running within 20 minutes!!! Thank you SOOOOO much for a great shopping experience!!!

I had trouble transferring content to my new iPhone 11 Pro, so I went to AT&T store and the guy there was awesome! He began to work with both of my phones right away and didn’t give up when the issue continued to arise. He solved my problem! Thank you!

I have been spending a lot of time going to my local AT&T stores lately, splitting my time between the Bonney Lake location and this location. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G at this store, and then (because it's closer to my house) I bought all my accessories (screen protector, power bank, wireless charger, etc...) at the Bonney Lake store, and although I like the staff and they really are great, they just don't seem to have the knowledge and experience that the employees at the Auburn store have. They helped me pick out the accessories, which I later found out were all the wrong kinds for what I needed. If you are looking for a team with knowledge, experience, and great customer service, come to this AT&T store! Screw convenience, I'd pick quality over it any day!

Donte was fast, efficient, knew his products, new his plans, had an AMAZINLY CLEAN store.

The reps here did more then I could of hoped for. Not only did they get the phone I wanted but they took the time to look at my bill and found a better plan. Will be returning when it's time to upgrade my family's phones

New manager is amazing! Walked in expecting everything to be a drag but was helped immediately, explained my bill in detail to me and told me everything I should expect to see on my next bill! This new management is going to change this place into something else!
