Burlington

Burlington is a great store. It has some nice stuff for decent prices. I have ADHD though and can get lost in that store for hours. And sometimes, when it's busy, it looks like a tornado ripped through the building.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this location, thanks to the exceptional service provided by their employee, Rocky. His knowledge and willingness to assist made an extensive shopping day much, much easier. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future shopping. Five star service!

Over all good experience. They all ways have tons of awesome stuff. Just wish I would of known sooner that they sold more than just coats.

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I visited this place may be every weekend while we lived in Auburn.

We recently stopped by here to buy some cloths. My wife filled the cart and wanted to try before buying and we found out that the trail rooms are closed. We she went to ask if they had moved it, she was told that they don’t have enough people to man the trial room. Later my wife overheard the manager tell tellers that they were short of money, and now saving it as trial rooms require couple full time employees.

Not a good experience as customer. As a man I just on some shirts like other guys were doing in the aisle (I was not that comfortable either trying in open). For my wife she kept back all that she selected back in the rack as she was not confident in fit of some of the cloths.

The other thing we noticed was that the racks were not organized. All sizes were mixed and women dresses were in guys section. Customers do that kind of thing, but as a store owner it is part of the job to keep it organized. I think they let the organizer team let go as well. For them tellers are the one keeping the business running.

I don’t know I may not be returning to this store anymore. We liked it when it was organized and there was a trial room. If we can try, then we would rather buy from Amazon using their try before you buy feature.

We found excellent stuff, especially kitchen items and shoes! Very friendly and the security were so nice!

It was super full of options for Xmas there I was able to complete my entire list for Xmas!

Watched a Customer walk out of the store with unpaid for merchandise. Didn't see anyone trying to apprehend the thief.

The staff were friendly and my daughter was able to find a cute new shirt for school. Even though we didn't have a receipt, they were able to exchange her shirt she just bought there 2 days ago for another one the same price. We are happy that we made the time to stop in and just stopping has my daughter feeling good for her 1st day of school and she is excited! Thank you

This is one of my favorite clothing stores. Lot of option, the staff is very nice, the place is very clean and well organized. I always find something cute to buy, either for myself or for a friend. Home decoration is a section that I enjoy very much. I recommend this store for sure.

Pre Memorial day weekend I must say that with the volume of customers versus the cashiers and employees was unmatched ...these young people where outstanding! I myself made a rather large purchase so I knew it was going to take time to checkout and the line was Long..I waited as did everyone else and my checker was delightful helpful and patient.Malaya deserves praise 👏🏽 I thanked her as I do customer service myself and patience is key and can be difficult. I send a shout out to Camille the manager the young man who helped me load my Purchase in my car I didn't get his name but he was polite and kind, thank you for a great end of week beginning of long weekend experience Please get these assets already there help so they stay. Thank you

This Burlington was the best and the largest that I have ever been in. I visited midday on a Saturday and it was clean and organized. I was shocked at how tidy the store was from my experience at locations. They had a great selection with pretty great prices. Found a good amount of the things I needed on clearance. The employees were all so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and even helped watch my items while I pulled my car up since the carts cannot go outside of the store. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

This store is awesome, I buy all my staff here dresses jackets an shoes, handbags, but yesterday I went there to buy my mom jackets I bought 2 with same price $89.00 each but as I was paying the cashier gave me a wired price of $198.00 nothing asked her twice how she did her calculations but she insisted it's $198.00 untill now am questioning myself how much tax is it worth to pay $20.00 tax, I DONT UNDERSTAND AN I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW THAT CASHIER IN COUNTER 14 DID HER CALCULATIONS
