My family and I have been going here for years and it's always a great experience. This was no different in my last trip. Met a very nice gentleman who was more than helpful picking out a lawn mower. He even rolled our new mower out to our car, broke it down, and put it in the back seat for us.
Great customer service, we left feeling like we got the best possible deal! Thank you!

Employees are VERY helpful, nice, and seem to really enjoy their jobs. They also stick to business, during business hours. They work well as a team or on their own as well !!
But ALWAYS make time for us their customers with a question, and if we need help finding a product they will actually go with us to find it!!
I think they are one of the best stores out there for customer service and being nice!! And I do know customer service well so I don't just give that out easily.... But the Auburn and Federal Way stores both have earned that honor from me, hands down. Way to go management on your hiring!!

I feel management and all the rest of Auburn & Federal Way store employees ALL of them at both stores deserve a LARGE pay increase for bringing it home on customer service! That is so important and it seems to come naturally at these 2 stores. I love to shop there often just because they help me have so much nicer of a day with how helpful & kind they ALL are I give everyone of them a perfect A+++ Way to go guys & gals!!

Lately employees have been very helpful and sale prices have been good. For a while (a couple years) I could never get help and while prices where fine, the sales weren't appealing. So glad to see things are improving. I've also been impressed with the Kobalt brand. The drill I recently bought has initial quality equal to the "expensive" brands. I hope it holds up.

All the people that work there are always so nice. Prices are good and they have everything. Highly recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

My go to place for materials when I am making repairs on rentals or customers houses. Way better than Blowes in my opinion.

I called 3 different lowes to find my paint base, as I needed another gallon. Kim in the paint department was so kind and helpful and even mixed my paint for me and had it waiting at the counter because it was close to closing. He took the time to compare the lid of my old gallon to verify it was the exact same and it turned out beautifully. He is awesome and I super appreciated it. And yes, it was a perfect match!

On top, the cashier(Jennifer)at checkout was very friendly. She asked me if I found everything I needed and answered my questions regarding active discounts and deals. I am definitely shopping here in future.

Huge selection! Faith at check out quickly referred me to the correct aisle and the product was right there! Quick and easy!

Nice, organized, huge store! They always have everything in stock! Well, except the oven we just bought but they are having it delivered within the week. We got a nice Samsung gas range on a really good sale! Since it wasn't in stock they still had the option of delivering within the week. They also have the super nice option of installing and hauling away your old appliances which is super helpful! Since we're remodeling our kitchen, we also looked at their cabinets. They have tons of cabinets available that Home Depot doesn't ever have in stock! This is definitely our designated Lowe's.

I'm 75 disabled needed legs for my bed they helped me and even came to my apartment to put them on I'm so grateful ty

Holiday merchandise is all out. They have black door know sets.

I have been searching for a month for a little freezer. Everyone is out so just decided to go to Lowe's and look today. Very happy yo see new shipment of freezer! The employees were nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier!

Forgot my card and thsy were happy to look up so I could get my 5% discount!

I went to buy fireplace tools. A clerk told me they were seasonal and there probably isn't any. A gentleman,that works there by the name of Ed, asked me what I was looking for. I said any fireplace tools. He took me right to them! I also saw some Dura flame logs in a box. I told him I couldn't lift them as they were too heavy. He took them to checkout for me and took them to my car!! What a great person! I did tell him I appreciated all his help!

Always love coming to Lowe's, never really have any issues. Always find good stuff and way better than home Depot.

Bought an American Flag with mounting plate, but I can usually find everything we need here including gardening items every year.

Not one time have I ever had an actual bad experience at my local Lowe's.

Though if I listen to my mother's directions, it could be disastrous! LOL

A young gentleman from the air-conditioning department was very kind to redirect me to the correct area to store where I needed to be where I finally got what I wanted to after running around like a chicken with my head cut off or an hour

I want to thank him and I still get Milo the five stars even if I'm the chicken with my head cut off

Nice staff, good prices and less than similar stores.
