The UPS Store

I have always received good service at this UPS location. In recent months there has been a new team member added. A young man (late teens/early 20's)...I don't know his name but, he ALWAYS goes above and beyond my expectations to help me. I appreciate his attentiveness! He has been an excellent addition to the store!

They offer a wide variety of services. The store is neat, clean & organized. My needs were taken care of efficiently & the workers there are very cheerful, friendly & knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store!

The owner and I have had a few “choice” exchange of words throughout the years. He can be rude, then I’m rude back. Then he refuses to help me, then I argue with him. Then he helps me, and then go about my merry way. Recently they changed to “self service” and it’s actually really easy. Not sure why people are having a huge issue with it. Despite our disputes back and forth we have a tone of camaraderie. Hes not rude, he’s just Indian lol 😂 he’s actually pretty nice when you get to know him (I’ve been going here five years now) 🤷🏽‍♀ however the other guy who works there with long hair is always nice :) if you’re not tech savvy and expect everyone to do a simple job for you this location is not for you.

I've had to come in a few times and I have a pleasant experience with the guy who is always there everytime. He is direct but helpful, I think people don't understand he is dealing with customers all day everyday..customers who only have concerns for themselves and a lot of times a line to the door of customers waiting to ship packages.
A new scanning system also has left customers confused and frustrated and I think they take it out on him.I feel like if you take a second to listen to his instructions you wouldn't have any issues. It's a five star for me!

I frequent this store and have for years... always experienced good customer service. I have had documents notarized by the owner as he is a notary, and have shipped multiple packages. No issues ever.

I don’t know what all these 1-star reviews are talking about, but of course I wasn’t there to experience what they went through. I had a package to return from Amazon and was not charged, of course because it was free to return from Amazon. But the ethnic guy who was working the front was very polite to me and handled my package in less than a minute and provided my receipt with a smile on his face. I was skeptical to come in at first when I was looking for this place because I just happened to see the reviews and couldn’t believe there were so many 1-star reviews. I should not have spoke so soon because my visit and the customer service turned out great! I will definitely be coming back again for mailing activities in the future!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They'll get your jobs done fast and hassle free.

Very Poor Customer Service! They would give me a half inch piece of tape. The ups store in seattle are the best

I use this location all the time for my Amazon returns. Very friendly and quick, never had a problem.

I’ve been to this place many times since I moved to WA in 2016. Customer service from the owner has always been pleasant and kind to me. I wish others who left 1-star reviews were more openminded and knew more of diversity and different social cues in other cultures. Someone being more upfront does not automatically mean they are rude. No one has the time to be fake, Karens.

Anyway, 5-star review for this place! I will definitely come back again. :)

The owner of this store has exceptional customer service. I have and always will come to this UPS store for all my mailing needs

My experiences with this store do not match the negative reviews. In the past year I had a house deal, car deals, and misc stuff to print, copy, or ship. I been to UPS many times. And all of these times the employees were polite, attentive, and efficient. As for the owner, his Indian accent might sound gruff or dismissive to some, but so does my WA-born voice. Treat him with respect and it will be reciprocated.

ive never had a problem here, i did witness a customer freak out and become aggressive about the mask policy. He was a 6 foot tall man and there was only a woman working the counter. i thought she handled it the best she could and i thought that customer was taking his mask rage out on her. i like this store, they want you to be prepared with your amazon returns but i like that i am in and out.

I am shocked to read so many bad reviews about this place. I have never had anything but a positive experience. I got a mail box at this store and the owner patiently explained the process and how to have my mail forwarded to my new mailbox. Every time I come to this store I see the owner/manager helping people with a smile. When I needed some things printed I just emailed to him and the next day he had it waiting for me nicely bound with a professional looking cover and everything. The price didn't seem out of line to me and I just needed to get it done. Every time I go there the manager greets me with a smile and if he is not busy he gets my mail for me out my mailbox and hands it to me. I like this place. I find the employees friendly and helpful. I don't have junk mail coming to my house, I have a secure place to send my packages so they don't get stolen off my porch and when I need to send something out I just bring it in and they take care of it. They make my life easier and I recommend this place.

My experience today, and when I was in about a year ago, were both fine. Quick in and out experience. No problems. Packages last year got where they were supposed to, when the person said they would, and not damaged. I'm hoping for the same this year. I'll edit or post a new report if there are issues, but at this point I'd go back to ship things from there again.

This store has earned a very bad reputation because of the owner being kind of a butthead.
As of writing this review though, the store is aware of their reputation and brought in a very nice lady to work the front desk and try to turn their reputation around.
I'm sure that people have had a lot of bad experiences with the store owner, because even I have had a negative experience with that guy and I don't visit the store but every couple of months.
The lady is different though and my experience just now has earned them a 5 out of 5, because nobody is perfect and she is a good customer service representative, honest person, who was brought into a terrible store reputation, in a terrible area of town and is doing her best job to try to make things right.
In my opinion, thats the best that we can all do with our lives and thats what counts.

The owner has always been extremely polite and always helpful. I was once hospitalized and had not been in for awhile and one of his employees said he had asked if she had seen me. She said he had been worried about me. This man is caring, helpful, and very honest. Will continue to be a customer for years.

Was returning an Amazon package and the bag had torn. The gentleman at the store offered to tape it up and took care of it for me so I wouldn't have to purchase a replacement bag. Great customer service!
