The UPS Store

I've been coming here for years. Many times with odd requests. Laminating, printing and notarizing, anything they could possibly do. Customer Service has always been great. Owner is incredibly nice.

The new Indian guy at this store is a champ. Really knows how to help customers. First I went to a different UPS store on Gilman to get an envelope for a 2 day shipment I created online and the person over there was remarkably unhelpful. Went to this store afterwards and the new Indian guy they hired was 180 degree of him. Was able to answer my questions and help me find an appropriate envelope.

I have been a mail box customer here for a couple years now. I come in a lot and have found the owners very friendly, smart and helpful and the staff are consistent, cheerful and helpful too! They always happily greet me (most know me) and take care of my every need! I can even call in and they check my box for me to see if anything is in there so I can know whether to make the trip to retrieve mail or not. Keep it up! I'm sure it gets a little tough when you are slammed for the holidays and end of year rush. You all are the best! This is a great place to have a business mail box.

The owner and staff are always very helpful and courteous. I’ve utilized their services for several years and my business has thrived with our shipping partnership.

I gave up on the UPS on Gilman after years of the worst experiences ever, and gave the UPS store in the Highlands a try.

What a burst of fresh air! The young woman was friendly, smiling, efficient. The store was neat and tidy. Parking and access was easy. I was in and out effortlessly, and as I walked out I thought, "Wow. That was pleasant."

I will never go back to the store on Gilman again, where they like to refuse returns that other UPS stores accept without a problem, where there is always something wrong with a return, and where, regardless if there is a problem or not, they deliver subtle insults like it is part of their company policy. I don't get it, but then I
don't care anymore.

UPS on Highland Drive is a big step up.

Fabulous customer service! Fast and efficient. I use UPS for all my packages and if I call ahead to tell them that I’ve got a large order, they’ll give me a time so that they can have an extra person. They follow up on packages for me and call to say if a package wasn’t delivered on time ANd submit the paperwork for a refund!

Very friendly and helpful. I have a box here, and they're always willing to hold mail while I'm on vacation, even when I have 6 or 7 boxes from Amazon. They have been helpful with shipping, passport photos, and everything else you would expect from a UPS store. Plus they always say hello when I walk in to get my mail. Makes me feel like Norm from Cheers.

I live in Renton but I go out of my way to drive to this UPS location. All of the staffs are extremely friendly and professional. Tyler (I think is his name) usually assists me and he really is awesome and goes above and beyond. But they are all very nice. The pricing for packaging service is very fair too. Will not go anywhere else but here.

The UPS Highlands store and staff have been wonderful. Very fair prices and quick service. They even gave me some great tips for packaging and mailing off my daughters belongings to college. Ended up saving me a bunch of money! Thanks Highlands staff!!

I can't say enough good things about the service we get here. The owners and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are happy to help me figure out the most cost-effective way to ship. They are our go-to people for shipping all our hand-made one-of-a-kind blown glass art.

I have been going to this store for over 4-5 years now for all my small business needs! Amazing customer service and they are super helpful!
I recently had issues with international package to India that I sent for my mother & Fannie made sure she helps me out to fix the issues! Thank you for being awesome!

I don’t get how some of the reviews bring up poor customer service. I’ve been coming here for a while, the staff are always friendly and super helpful. I understand hiccups may come up during a return or shipping, but there are some things you can’t blame the carrier for. As far as I’m concerned, people here are always doing their job and some more.

They were very helpful and friendly. I was shipping a handmade gift that was bulky. The box I brought was larger than needed and they helped me get a smaller box that would save me on shipping and they helped me keep the items safe.

I had a great customer service experience today, Ashley was very helpful, kind, and patient. She definitely helped make a typically exhausting errand, very pleasant.

They are amazing. My printer ran out of ink and I went there to print out a health project. They helped me with everything. Thanks a lot, UPS! You're the best!

Busy but staff are really nice

Went in to drop off an Amazon return but forgot to take the printed label since I usually get it picked up. They gladly printed the label for without any trouble and I was all set.. 😊

Fanny is the best! Love this UPS Store. They even helped me ship mannequins!

This is my go to store for shipping. Always helpful and friendly. I don’t understand why anyone would give it a one star review.
