Panera Bread

Stopped by for a large Mac and cheese with some bread. Staff was friendly and the food came out quick. Nice location as well.

The delectable taste of the goddess Cobb Salad coupled with the broccoli Mac and cheese ravished my taste buds. The subtle holiday music created an ambiance of childhood joy that made the meal even more enjoyable. The crunchy apples are a must at Panera and, despite my family’s opinions, are far superior to the option of a side of bread or chips. Thank you Panera, truly, for all the memories you’ve birthed.

The food came quick and it was great!! I would recommend going here as it was great. And, was great for family’s and the staff was friendly.

Really good food. It was my first time here. The food was great and the service was great. The associates were really helpful and answered all of our questions. My only gripe is I was the portions were a little bit bigger but overall really nice place to pick up a quick bite.

I wanted to share a remarkable experience I had at your Issaquah location recently. I placed an order for several to-go entrees, but upon returning home, I realized that one item was missing. When I called the store, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim.

Jim not only answered the phone promptly but also displayed exceptional kindness and sincere apologies for the oversight. I explained that my husband, on his way home from work, would swing by to collect the forgotten item. However, given the late hour, there was a possibility he might not make it before closing time.

Here's where Jim's outstanding customer service truly shone. He said that he would remain at the store for an hour after closing to clean, so if my husband arrived late, he could call the store, and Jim would personally deliver the forgotten item to his car.

As promised, when my husband arrived, the forgotten food item was ready, and to our delight, Jim went above and beyond by including several items from Panera's bakery as a kind gesture.

In a time when customer service experiences have often been disappointing, especially since the pandemic began, Jim's exceptional service was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he promptly answer the phone, but he also demonstrated a genuine concern for the customer's experience, which is a rarity these days.

Jim's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction reflects positively on Panera as a whole. His actions have made us loyal customers, and we'll be sure to share this wonderful experience with friends and family. Typical panera bread. Nothing special.
No more to-table service. You have to pick your food from the counter. Parking is always a mess outside this panera. Staff is good. Usually busy on weekends.

I absolutely love going to this Panera when I study with my friend. The cafe itself is so cozy, especially when the fire is going. The staff are always so sweet and welcoming. Jim, the manager, is always so great to talk to and our food always gets out so fast! We go once a week during school season and we love it!

I came to this Panera Bread location in Issaquah when it was near closing time and there was no more coffee left. But Jim, the Manager, made sure that I received my hot cup of coffee and more! I felt like an honored customer! I love coming here before and after my hikes in the Issaquah and North Bend areas and will continue to do so.

The food is good as always. The girl behind the counter made a few mistakes while taking our order, but Benji swooped in and made everything right for us without batting an eye. He made sure we left with smiles on our faces.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I gave 5 stars still because food is always good, quick and everyone is super nice. I did have to ask got two missed items though on pick up. They were ready and waiting but were not in the pick up bag so if I just left I would not have realized till I got home.

Over years, on our way to any hiking destination in Snoqualmie region, we have been stopping at this location at the very early morning to pick up our packed lunch. Order is delivered accurately. Restrooms are kept super clean. I want to give a big shout out to this location. We love your place!

Love using the mobile app to have food ready when I arrive so that I can take it out. Have also come to love using the app when the cash register area in the lobby is busy because you can take that right to your seat and Order directly from your table! The food here is, as they describe it, clean. It's pretty tasty and of high quality. I have found it to be a little bit of a challenge on some occasions to get what I thought were pretty simple orders corrected included in my bag of to go stuff. They've always made it right but going back is not always the easiest thing to fit in your day so it would be great if it didn't happen in the first place. One of the things that I appreciate most is that when you buy your meal including a drink they give you a very substantial discount on a pastry Bakery item that you could take with you and have for breakfast the following morning. That works for me! Parking can be a challenge here because the lot is overrun with Target shoppers. But there is dedicated space for several people to pick up to-go orders and normally that's precisely who's using those slides. Sometimes it's very irritating to find that there are people who are sitting in the restaurant to eat and who I've taken up those spaces to but like I said, it is a challenge to park here sometimes

This is my absolute favorite Panera Bread location. The staff is very friendly, food always tastes amazing, and it my go-to study spot. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to eat :)

Ordered some food to go. The service was great and shout-out to Tiana for helping me customize my order with a friendly attitude.

Always a good stop for breakfast or lunch. Strawberry/banana oatmeal was tasteless if you didn't catch a chunk of fruit. It would be nice to have done cinnamon or brown sugar as an option. Hot chocolate tasted a bit off both times we've ordered it. Salads and soup combos are excellent. Chili very good.

Look, Panera makes great food. I've never had bad food at a Panera Bread. It doesn't even need to be reviewed. The differentiating factor for me.... is the internet.

After suffering through ABYSMAL connection speeds at other locations south of here recently (really? <1MB up/down? You must be kidding.), THIS place was a joy. The interwebs are excellent!

Orders, services go so fast that you only have time to restart your phone until you hear your name on the order at the counter. actually, it's delicious!

This Panera Bread is like no other. The involvement of the leadership makes everything Smooth sailing! The crew is always well mannered and happy and there is an extra level of customer service but I have not experienced in many places.

This was a great Panera experience. Even at the busy lunch hour, service was fast and friendly. The self-serve kiosks for placing your order electronically get used a lot and really seem to speed up the process. Quality was the standard that I've come to expect from Panera.
