Best Buy

I came in around midday today hoping I could get my monitor repaired. Initially it seemed they wouldn't be able to but ultimately I was able to get a new monitor at a heavily reduced price. The staff member working at the Geek Squad desk was very helpful and I had a great experience.

Geek Squad today exceeded expectations with their service tech for car audio. This was probably the best service experience I have had at retail in years. Thank you for making things easy.

Best Buy has a good variety of home theater products and relevant computer products. The stores are clean and the store I frequent is clean without visible tagging, which makes a difference to me. The staff is attentive and helpful. In my opinion, Best Buy represents how American businesses should be. If you do not take pride in your business and environs, again in my opinion, you shouldn't be in business. Sloppy stores, inattentive staff, and shoddy products is the mark of a business not long for the world. This is one of the reasons I recommend the Issaquah Best Buy.

Fairly big store.
Lots of variety and options.
They don't have the biggest selection of games and plushies.
Staffmark great, and there's lots of room for parking.

But the winner is the app. Download the app and enjoy self checkout all you need to do is scan the item, pay for it in ur app and you can leave it right out of the door!

Excellent customer service. Mason helped us out so much and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store, nice and clean with a great selection. Best Buy will price match Amazon which makes shopping for great values on the Internet and locally getting the item same day possible.

Awesome store everybody in there was great, went over and beyond. Help me with several different problems. I had going on.

It was busy the day before Christmas eve. And the nice geek had my order ready a half hour early.

Really appreciate being greeted upon arrival as well as asked if I needed help when visiting the different departments.
They have demos of tvs and speakers and such. You can see and measure the appliances to be sure they'll fit at home. Waiting for a good sale is what I like to do, and then pop in for the latest technical or fun stuff. Bonus! They will recycle most old e-waste, used printer cartridges, and even plastic shopping bags!

Caleb, in the Geek squad, was a very thorough and helpful person. His knowledge and attention to detail are top-notch. He made sure I understood my purchases to achieve the level of sound I wanted for my vehicle.

Great curbside delivery! It was ready to pick up within 30 minutes! Friendly & helpful demeanor of the delivery person, too!

Honestly it was a great experience. I ordered a TV online for pickup. It was ready within an hour. Got to the stop, checked in, the guy called for help for me to get it to my car.. no one came within two minutes so he loaded it up and put it in my vehicle. I was there, the most, 10 minutes. TV works great! I would recommend buying online and picking up at this store.

This store did a great job resolving and taking care of a problem that I had twice at the Bellevue store. Good job !
I will make the extra drive to go to the Issaquah store from now on.

Picked up an online order at an early morning. Team members were pretty fast.

Went for a headset better than my cheap one. Gotta admit, lots of floor models to test. Helpful staff, no pressure. Spent 45min there and wasn't bugged till I asked. Got what I needed at (a not unreasonable price) 9% more than Amazon, but I knew they'd be comfortable. Return policy was 15days so I bought with confidence, an worked great. No more quiet mic and glasses pain.

Had a Black Friday pick up. Was perfect - no hassle, quick, on-time.

Suggestion: Go EARLY. I was there before 6.

Staffs were so nice and made me feels welcome. Was looking for a wireless set of a keyboard and a mouse and one of the staffs directed me to the right section.
Found what I was looking for with the reasonable price too.

I did store pickup - they welcomed me and were able to find my package quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the staff was very helpful
