Took my wrangler in when the radio I had installed somewhere else started to short out, and took with me a set of bed rug liners I’d not looked forward to doing myself. Oh the same day I called to get an estimate on my lunch break and they had time to do the work seem day, I picked the Jeep up with an entirely new interior liner all the way through, and a reinstalled car stereo with better sound and placement, and more securely installed, than it’d ever been before. Amazing work. Couldn’t be happier and the customer service experience was second to none. Thanks, guys!

I went into CarToys to get a quote for window tint on my vehicle. I’ve been there once before and the tint was done beautifully and on time. The cost was lower than expected. Again, I had the same excellent experience as the first time in 2023.

I had an XM radio antenna relocated to the roof of my camper van. I was getting too many drop outs. It works like a charm and got done within a few hours! Adam is the most experienced installer of product into camper vans. Ask for him by name if you’ve got work to be done on yours.

Used the Groupon for interior detailing service. Very satisfied with the results. Everything inside the car looked brand new and shiny, and it came with a pleasant cent. It helps boosting your mood and a sense of comfort/luxury being in your car similar to the days of driving it brand new. I’d highly recommend this service at Car Toys when you feel like your car interiors are aging and don’t have the time to self clean it regularly.

I came in to have them diagnose an issue I was having with my car stereo. They quickly assessed the situation, tested my equipment, and isolated the problem. They only sold me what I needed, but shared additional options that I could consider if I wanted to upgrade my components the future. I’ll be going back.

I went to the Issaquah Car Toys to upgrade my car stereo and had such a great experience. Gus and Doug were the best of the best when it came to customer service and even made my tight timeline work. Doug did the actual installation and did a fantastic job. He helped answer a lot of my questions when trying to understand the difference between all the different options, never tried to upsell me, and helped me decide on exactly the stereo that would work perfectly for our car…no more and no less than what we needed. He even gave us a tutorial when we picked up my car. Both Gus and Doug were very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend this location because of them.

I replaced car stereos on both my cars from this location. The service was efficient and good. I have used their tinting and detailing services in the past, and they have done a good job for that as well. I would recommend cartoys to my friends and family.

I walked in knowing nothing about subwoofers, expecting to make a purchase and leave. Instead, I walked out with knowledge, a smile and the speakers. The knowledgeable and friendly assistant took his time to teach my daughter and I all the pros and cons of each setup, including showing us his personal (similar) project. What a great experience!

I had a great experience, from scheduling my appointment online to the day of installation. I arrived at the shop and Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he recommended the best option for my car and explained everything in detail. Upon accepting the service, he gave me an estimate of how long the installation would take and exactly at the time he had committed to have the car ready he called me to let me know the job was done. I had an issue with my sub in my car. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be a return customer.

Above and beyond! Six stars. Adam (Issaquah, WA store) always takes care of me and my audio needs (and some that I didn't know I had). He is the reason I go to Car Toys and no where else. Over the years I’ve worked with many people there and have always been more than satisfied.

Both sales guys were fantastic. They were very patient with my daughter and I. Very helpful and took time to have us listen to lots of options to ultimately make a perfect decision. Not cheap, but great!

I purchases my own stereo off Amazon but it didn’t work when they put it in. I upgraded to one of theirs and it was really nice quality and they didn’t charge me any extra labor for the time that they put into trying to install the stereo I had originally purchased and the upgrade was only $90 difference in the end. Very friendly and good service. They also said I could ship the one back to Amazon and get a replacement at no additional installation cost if I wanted to go that route.

Initially, I was very intimidated to get a new stereo for my car. But everyone was super helpful setting me up with a system that I now love. I am super thankful I did this! The team helped me get the system that was perfect for me. I never felt like I was getting pressured into something I did not want. I am very grateful that I did this. From selecting the components, to installation team at car toys listened to my needs all the way throughout the process. They knew what they were doing, and they did it very well! I'm no longer intimidated to go back sometime and look at what else they have to offer. I know they are going to do a great job!

The manager Chris and his team went above and beyond to fix a poor installation done at another shop. All the poorly done wiring was fixed and tucked away properly. The after market reverse camera looked like a factory installation. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys !!!
