Dustin was so helpful finding us the patio chairs we needed. Came in on a beautiful Sunday, he made our day. Great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful and with a big smile on the face!! Thank you!!

I went to the Lowe's in Issaquah, WA, last week and got so many smiles and offers for help from the staff that I felt I needed to share the experience. Patrick, one of the floor staff, was SO helpful, asked me if he could help BEFORE I had to ask, and literally walked me through the store to find everything I needed. As I was leaving, 2 other staff asked if I needed help - with SMILES on their faces! I've been to this Lowe's many times before and the staff is always pleasant, but this was beyond the norm. I sure hope they continue with this customer support; their smiles and helpfulness made the shopping experience actually pleasant and productive. I had to let them know that their smiles and friendliness matter.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to Chi who helped me after I tore a piece off the bumper on my car. I pulled into the Lowe’s parking lot unsure what to do and he quickly fixed the problem. I am so grateful! Customer service at its best.

I placed a delivery that was missing 26 of the items we ordered, centralized CS was not helpful and did not follow up on my order. I called the Issaquah location, which fulfilled my order, and thankfully got Joe who not only took this issue and ran with it but followed up with me in a timely manner, was positive, completely understanding and took care of EVERYTHING! Thank you JOE! You saved this experience!

Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we walked in and asked for assistance for inventory check on an item in a different state for my in-laws. He genuinely cared about our needs and was such a delight to work with. It is rare to run into someone who cares so much about what they do nowadays. Even though we still didn’t get the item we wanted for our in-laws, Dustin turned a negative situation into a positive experience for us!

Friendly customer service support here. I was greeted when I entered and asked if I would like any assistance with my visit. The store like most Lowe's is very organized and comfortable for finding everything you need. Getting into and out of the parking lot was not at all difficult despite the current road construction. Something I haven't noticed before was the Lowe's reusable bag which is a great price for a very nice sturdy large bag.

Normally I go to Home Depot in Bellevue. Man, was I so happy I came in here on a late-Sunday morning. There were actually employees there to help you, and they went above and beyond to guide me and answer my questions. I will definitely swing by again when I need to pick up something for home.

Amazing customer service. They literally are like very good teachers and you can learn almost anything to fix, install furniture in your home, make anything.

Went to Lowes to get a bathroom sink faucet. Store had lots of different products. The employees were nice and showed me some different products. Overall had a great visit.

Ordering a new dishwasher was easy once I did all my research. elected to have professionally installed as our spacing is tight. The dishwasher came in as expected and installation scheduled for four days later. Two technicians came and made short order of removing my former dishwasher, installing the new one and testing it. It was seamless and now I am washing the load from last night. It is very attractive. My grandson called it modern looking.

Very nice bathroom. And the employees were okay. Great i should say. I'm just generally happy when i get to use a bathroom without being suspect for thievery. I don't think i was followed in for loss prevention purposes. I don't know if i was followed in at all. I just keep my back pack on my back and walk straight to the bathroom so if anyone was watching I can't really be suspicious. And when i was done, i sipped on some water at the fountain before departing out from the site i had entered. The door was slow, but it opened. Thanks again

So much better than HD, selection and service. Sometimes prices are higher than competition but most of the time it is cheaper. Today I was greeted by three different people, who asked if I needed any help. Super friendly, and even the patrons seem better than HD.
