Ralphs

This is a nice Ralph to shop at because there parking lot is huge due to being in a big plaza. This Ralph is on my way home so I don't mind stopping by this one. The whole store is organized well and the workers are friendly if you talk to them. I found everything I was looking for today and I was able to walk straight up to the self checkout area to pay for my items.

I usually shop in the morning. Having to navigate through the restocking is sometimes challenging. So far, the people who stock the shelves, I believe they are vendors, are mostly cordial. Prices still seem high but consistent. Jennifer at checkout is awesome. Always in good spirits. Move other employees there are nice. I've heard that in the evening, it turns into a different vibe. I do shop there for fuel points.

I shop at this market the most it's close to the house and always clean and well stocked but the main reason I go is the people that work there the night shift are the nicest ,funniest ,most kind and caring group of people,and I actually enjoy shopping there. to be honest I work long late hours and I don't like dealing with people so I always go super late between 12-1 am right before they close what can I say I'm not a person who deals with the stupidity of most people all that well so I try and avoid it if possible makes me odd I know but I don't care but even when I go super late they're always friendly and willing to help I'm not good with the whole coupon and discount thing but they always help me out with it and always have a smile and a polite greeting even when I can tell they have had a bad day you just don't find good service like that anymore .... Don't copy my idea and start going late .... I enjoy short lines and minimal stupidity....

Very nice store, always clean, organized and well maintained, nicely designed departments, very good bakery department, always good customer service. Since last year they have better selection of organic food, and if you have a club card, prices going to be much cheaper.

The customer service was good. The employees were kind and friendly. They were also very helpful. The selection of items was good too. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Random act of kindness. I was shocked when the cashier picked up part of my purchase when I was short. I wasn't having too good of a day until Stacey personally took matters into her own hands and helped me out ... practically brought me to tears. People with good hearts still exist and Ralph's found one. Thank you.

Smaller store than my neighbor ralphs . Nice store..pleasant workers.

Great place to shop. They’ve definitely cleaned it up. I did have some issues with the cleanliness of this store but the past year or so I have seen many improvements including better staff. There were a lot of people that worked here for years that seemed very unfriendly however as of late everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable! It’s great!

Always have a good shopping experience here. Clean store and friendly people. Has a Starbucks and a sushi chef inside, both very good as well. Deli is amazing too. Only downside but I'll let it slide is when the high school kids next door are out of school their parents are waiting for them taking up the parking lot spaces and causing a traffic mess.

it's my local grocery store. can't complain

I was in & out quickly without any long lines and light traffic outside as well, considering evening traffic had just begun. Most Ralph's have similar layouts that differ, for the most part, only when the aisles are moved from left-to-right to right-to-left.
It was a quick shopping stop, but the store is big and spacious which makes it seem as though there's fewer people.

Excellent store layout. You can build a perfect meal by starting in the vegetables section traveling counter clockwise to the other side of the store. All the shopping carts travel smoothly," which is quit important" when buying a lot of water or just a small item. The personal went out of their way to guide me to the correct row, correct shelf and the correct side of the row. I absolutely love this Ralph's.

I like this Ralphs very much. It is quite convenient to go there from my parents' place in Northridge. They always have everything that I need, and then some. It's a very clean and organized store, and currently beautifully decorated for the Fall Season. Lastly, the employees are very nice.

Today was an exception as my favorite jelly was not available. Otherwise, I find just about everything I need here to restock my fridge and pantry.

Absolutely always helpful staff and most times im in there at 7am. Buy no matter the time I've only met 2 dual individuals working here. Produce is always fresh and assorted correctly and neatly.
