I messed up my order on mobile cause I was in a hurry and Alice was quick to fix it and was so kind about it. I was so excited for pumpkin and this drink she fixed was absolutely delicious. I really appreciate her attitude and service. The other person working with her was very friendly. Alice even recommended another drink for me to try next time. Thanks Alice and everyone here. Definitely will continue coming here.

Nathaniel is the BEST MANAGER!!! I had a mishap and spilled my coffee everywhere as soon as I got back to work. I called and was on the verge of tears. They remade my coffee with love and compassion. I am so greatful for suchspectacular

Amazing staff! Initially purchased a venti caramel mach. from a different location. It tasted way to bitter and went to this location to ask if I can get a different drink remade since i barely/couldnt drink the other one. Without hesitation remade drink and 10/10 customer service! Will be coming back!

Absolutely the best experience I've had in recent days.
The team on Thursday morning 10/27/22 @ 7:30am, were engaging and efficient. Front register person( male) and bar person (female) were the epitome of excellent customer service.

Thank you Matt for being so nice! I like everything about zero waste and it's cool that I can order coffee in my own not disposable cup here. Additional wow for the way it operated. I put my tambler in the big cup and nobody even touch it! Impressed!

Sad about the salty Carmel mocha not making a come back though.

From my experience all the Starbucks I have been to have good customer service nothing to complain or boast about. Today however I just want to say the drive-thru cashier at this location was the sweetest person. Her customer service was awesome. She even went out of her way to teach me some ASL, which I appreciate so much since I am trying to learn. It’s the little acts of kindness that can make a persons day. She really made my day.

I think I may have already reviewed this store, but I had to add another review.

I have been going here daily, maybe like four times a week for the last couple of months. At some point I started ordering the same thing every day 🤦🏽‍♀... When I pull up to the drive-thru and I have my music on, that is all they need to know to start reciting my order! Specifically Andrew is a boss.
I almost fell over the first time he did it LOL I couldn't believe he paid that close attention, but he does it every time now. For me that's huge. The biggest part of going somewhere for me is customer service and it doesn't matter who I talk to or who takes my order it's always perfect and they're always beyond nice. They will sit and chat with you for a second even after you get your coffee. They don't make you feel like you need to rush away, and somehow you never sit in line either. They're just awesome!

Almost everyone knows me there. Very helpful,nice , courteous. My trenta coffee, heavy-cream, extra-ice, no base no classic, blended. Food desert yumm to all.

Very nice young man at the window and very kind.

They always know who I am and what my drink is as soon as I pull up to the drive-thru. They make my dring the best and know exactly how to do it.

Love getting a Starbucks that is close enough to walk to! I've been inside twice (Covid and all) and everything looked clean and tidy. Usually I order ahead and swing through the drive-thru. The baristas are always friendly and great at asking if you need anything else (sleeve, stopper, straw)

The service was fast and the employee was nice and professional 👍

Talked to the manager morning shift supervisor Katie, she has absolutely amazing customer service skills and was able to remedy a small issue I had with my drinks very quickly.
