Service by young lady at counter is the very best. Somebody trained her right! She searched for shoes I was looking for and eventhough not available in store she showed similar if I needed that day. Ended up ordering for store pick up. Shop often for best selection!

Shopped at DSW for the first time since Covid started. Very well organized. Every other aisle has arrows directing you to enter from the opposite end in order to control walking traffic. They have designated areas for you to sit and try on shoes. There are specific racks for you to place any shoes that you tried on. Bathrooms are closed to the public, so plan ahead!

This place has a crazy amount of shoes like every different variety you would want price isn't to bad you get what you pay for. There's something for everyone at this store.

Amazing people working and they had the pair i wanted which i was able to find immediate. I like the way they display their shoes. It makes it much easier to find what you're looking for.
