Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Paint is paint right? Wrong! Novice assumption....when you embark on the journey of repainting a room, or refurbishing furniture or like my case revamping concrete, paint is no longer JUST paint, its a brand new start.

We went to Sherwin-Williams not sure of the color and type of paint suitable for concrete. I spent many of hours on the YouTube fawning over acid stains and epoxy seals but realistically that was entirely too much work and effort. Instead my husband and I just wanted to give out outdoor covered patio a new life without breaking our budget and time.

Came here and Gerald was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped is find the best color and paint that fit our budget. The process took some time but after it was all complete I was super happy with the results. If you are looking for some 1:1 help this is a great place with knowledgeable staff and great service!

The sales lady at the Topanga paint store was very helpful and kind enough to process my order. They ran out of the SuperPaint white gloss 1-gal paint can that was on sale, and she gave me a better deal by giving a higher brand for the sale price of the lower brand. She patiently answered all my questions. Great customer service.

Briana, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable equaled by her professional customer service. We our painting our home and our paint contractor was short on paint due to a miscalculation. She contacted multiple stores to compile our paint and also drove herself several times to pick up paint from other stores. Briana gives all her customers the VIP treatment.

Andrew was absolutely awesome. He gave me step-by-step advice on how to paint my cabinets. I was determined to do it in a way that gives me a professional look and he helped me every step of the way.

Aaron and Aaron (Yes they both have the same name!) were extremely helpful because I know nothing about paint.

If you want to paint anything at all, you want to consider Sherwin- Williams. They have the best people helping with any question that may come up. My project is done (hallelujah) but I'm going to miss the people who have helped along the way.

I'm not a painter and Gerald was really nice to help me chose the right textures for my walls. I wasn't expecting this great service and I recommend this over any other large warehouse companies.

Talk with Breanna, Lee or Mariano especially if you're a noob DIY painter like me. Each of them really know their stuff and are super helpful and courteous.
