I had alot of groceries the best check out I ever had. I wish I asked him and her names but they were the best!!!!

What have I bought at Walmart this week? Paint, an air fryer, an oversized mens reebok sweatshirt, a petite filet, a large roll of Fresh pet, crest charcoal toothpaste and a thousand other things. Especially if I'm in a hurry, I run into Wally-world!

Very clean and the staff are awesome! Big fan of their pick-up service too! Truly 5 out of 5 stars in kickassness!

The only thing I find wrong with this Walmart is it's not very good at keeping stock on the shelves when I go there they're usually really bad about being out of things that I go to for a lot. So they need to get on the ball and get stuck on their shelves and keep it there for customers I hear a lot of people complaining when I'm in there shopping about being out of stock on things.

I recently purchased a cell phone from this store and the sales associate Jordyn,she was amazing,helped me find the right cell phone,plan that I could afford,I am a senior and she treated me with respect.

In and out for a quick pickup. No issues. Store clean. Staff friendly

The employee working on the electronics department was fast and friendly and very helpful. Surprised me to recieve great service from Walmart

Update. So I just want to add that the worst part about going to Walmart, is all the employees. I swear to God if they don't stop standing in my way and walking incredibly slow with zero and I mean absolutely zero self-awareness. I'm going to stop going to this damn store. Like how can you be that dumb that you are not aware of people trying to get around you. You're just living in your own little world? Does Walmart brainwash their employees? Because every single one of them is like this...

It's amazing all the wonderful items they have together in one place. They have coffee pots and towels and they have worms and flashlights. They have fertilizer and barbecue grills and hoses and shoes. I can get candy and bell peppers and bananas and doughnuts. They can be made in the USA or made in China or made in Mexico or assembled in Vietnam.

You can have someone check you out or you can check out yourself. You can pay your bill or someone else's Bill where you can send money or receive money. You can eat at Subway or in the parking lot.

I visited this store to get a cell phone that was inexpensive but that also had the Tap feacher in the phone Butt to my superise it didn't and needless to say they did Not Take it back nor did they make a trade thats all I wanted even exchange with a cell phone that had the TAP Feacher that is All I wanted what a Run around I got from one of the stores Coach's He was treating me like I stole the Phone and just wanted to return the cell phone for the cash needless to say I was Very Very Disapointed with the hole electronic Crew and the Manger on Duty i will NEVER SHOP IN THAT STORE ON GLASSFORD HILL RD IN PRESCOTT VLY AZ AGAIN NEVER AGAIN

Let me be honest with you about this Walmart in Prescott Valley. I don't always enjoy going there. It's a really busy Walmart and sometimes it's just too busy and hectic for me. However, in this visit it was a Monday night at about 6:30 p.m. and it wasn't very busy. Good! It's much more pleasant to shop there when it isn't too crowded. Also, something that helped us during this visit was my elderly mother was tired so those battery powered shopping go karts were very helpful for her. Yes, I know I just said the wrong name. They're not a shopping go-kart, but I don't remember the right name. If I find out the right name later I'll come back and edit this. Regarding this store everything was neat and clean. The shelves were well stocked with items. The floors were clean. I always enjoy to see the seasonal items. Today that included Easter items and even St. Patrick's Day items. Also, I saw they were gearing up with garden things for when spring comes.
The employees that we dealt with were helpful. This included the customer service desk woman who helped my mom break down a larger bill. You can always tell when customer service people enjoy dealing with people as opposed to doing things out of obligation. This woman was nice. We also needed some help at the self-checkout and that lady also was explaining a few things for us. Also, today it was much easier to get a good park since they weren't very busy.

The Prescott Az Walmart was great! Everyone friendly, folks who worked there actually knew where things were AND walked you to them! Shelves well stocked, found what I wanted. The Cottonwood Az Walmart needs to take lessons from these folks, cause that's one of the worst I've ever been in! Great job employees of Prescott Az Walmart!
