Harkins Theatres Prescott Valley 14

The staff were really nice. The theater was very contemporary. They had a lot of new staff being trained, but they were very friendly and efficient. You can tell the management knows what they are doing. The seats were in excellent shape and the floors were clean.

I wish they had reclining seats like Picture Show in Prescott does BUT... in all honesty, this is my favorite theater. LOVE Tuesday classic movies and the service here is always so great. Attendants are friendly and helpful, service is prompt even on busy days/evenings, these folks handle it very well. Thanks for a always pleasant theater experience for myself, friends and family ❤

A couple of times I have asked for certain faith films and they have been super polite and gotten them, films like The Chosen and The Shift. Also it's clean, great popcorn etc, just all around great.

Visiting from the Valley. First Time in Prescott Valley. Super friendly staff, like every Harkins we have ever been to. Clean theater and well maintained bathrooms. Last but not least fresh popcorn!

Love coming here to watch movies. Never had a problem here. Usually order tickets ahead of time on the app. Staff is friendly, place is clean, and like I said never had an issue yet.

With the large expansion happening in downtown Prescott Valley I would love to see a remodel of this theatre. Give us reclining seats, a bar, a play center so parents can see movies and bring their kids and a Cine 1 theatre! It would be exciting to see all of that.

All the young employees are super friendly and try to be happy, despite the reputation of the manager Ms Mitchell. As a result, I constantly see new faces there since they have such a high turnaround rate. My daughter knows first hand how bad of an experience it can be to work there. Just HANG IN THERE guys! Keep doing a great job and maybe things will change in the future.

Like everywhere i go is going to get 5 stars if they do what their supposed to do with no issues

Covid stinks!! Harkins was a very clean, safe, guideline-obeying-6-feet-apart-social-distancing-mask-wearing place. I appreciate their dedication to safety diligence so that we can retain the enjoyment of attending in-person movies. Good job! Fresh tasty popcorn, hot jalapeño-y nachos, fizzy soda, comfy stadium seating. All the things we love about Harkins!

This is a nice theater with a number of movies to choose from. The staff were very nice and the theater's were clean. I will go back every time there is a movie of interest to me

We go to both this location and to various Harkins in the Phoenix area. We are always been extremely satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The theaters, snack area and restrooms are always clean and well maintained. I had lost a gift card and mentioned it to the staff when I was there; they had the manager come, who took my contact information and then made the necessary effort so that a new gift card replacing the balance that I had lost was sent to me. What excellent customer service!!!

Great experience. I don't know why they allow little babies to a show. I had 2 kids and got a babysitter. It's only fair to the people having a night out etc.

Customer service was good, and although we went in the middle of the week during the middle of the day, we hit the new release movie and no one else was in the theater. Of course we had great seats.
