What an incredible experience!
Thank you for hosting our Yavapai Sky Girl Scout fundraiser! The employees were so very accommodating with our young Scouts. We don't even know Howe much money we made yet and the families who volunteered want to do it again!

I eat here often. Usually get the North Atlantic Cod - sandwich or dinner - with fries and a chocolate shake, sometimes I indulge getting onion rings, too. I've never had a bad experience and this store is ALWAYS very busy, yet I've never waited too long and the staff are always smiling and never get upset if I ask them to go back in for something I forgot to ask for (I always use the drive thru). Moreover, their shakes are chocolatey enough that I never have to ask for extra chocolate. YUMMY!
ALSO, kudos to the Prescott store as well. Excellent!

I've been here before and have had good experiences before, this time we had a problem this time. I ordered 2 cod dinners and when the priest came up it didn't look right. When I questioned the cashier she was puzzled. I told her I had ordered 2 meals. I had already paid for it so she said she would order another one. Which I paid for. I got my order and drove the 30 miles home. When we opened the sack there was only one meal. I probably should have checked it before I left but I didn't..My bad, but I didn't think there would be a problem. Anyway after calling the place the girl I talked to said she would have to talk to the manager and if I could drive back they'd probably be able to fix it. To make a long story longer, I drove the 60 mile round trip to get the other meal. The kid that helped me out was helpful and I also bought 2 concrete. So after about 45 bucks and 90 miles we had a microwave warmed meal.

Super nice and polite staff; young kids that did a great job. It was raining on this night and quite a line in the drive-thru. We had to park and wait a few minutes for our food, but they brought it out sporting an umbrella.

Our order was right and the food was pretty good.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Their staff are impeccably trained in customer service and manners! They make you feel very welcome, they're very polite, courteous, and go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. They always have smiles on their faces and make sure you have everything you need. I hope they all get raises. The food is always hot, fresh, and comes out fast. This place never disappoints.

First time at Culver's. Had a Cod fish dinner and they know how to fix it right. Not dried out like some restaurants. Did not eat the tartar sauce because of the ingredients. Fries were good. Customer service was great.

We had a great time! The kids always love having a treat night at Culver's. Food and service was fantastic as always.

This is where we go to eat whenever we go to Prescott Valley and Prescott! Culvers has delicious fresh food, best customer service, great atmosphere, and, the cashiers and servers are always so polite and helpful! FYI, I ordered the fish sandwich and it was hot, crispy, and delicious! Mmmm, so delicious and the French fries are the best! My sister will only eat Culver hamburgers...because they are the best! Sure wish we had a Culver's over in the Verde Valley! Thank you Culver's...we will be back for sure!🥰

The best fish and chips! Love love love the chocolate custard however how do you choose from so many delightful flavors. We make our weekly trip here ....dedicated.

It's fast food, so you know, it's not 5 star food, but it was not too greasy, and it tasted good. The onion rings were crispy and delicious. I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was crispy, and came with no sauce on it, but that's because you can order it exactly how you like it. The kids meal comes with free ice cream and the servers made sure to come over to our table to personally tell us that. They were very helpful and attentive if we needed anything. I had lunch with my husband and our 3 kids and our 2 friends and their 2 kids

Always a 5 ⭐ star meal! 😋 Favorite pick for lunch is the chicken tenders with the crinkle-cut fries 🍟 Also, the best ranch EVER!

Well it started out scrumptious
But then i got home and my husband starting to act weird so i took him to the doctor and also brought my sone turns out all of us have rabies anyways thoughts and prayers

It was our first time eating at a Culver's and it didn't disappoint! Told the young man on the drive thru speaker it was our first time here. He was patient and gave us some recommendations. The burgers are the bomb! The shrimp was really good! I was a tad disappointed with the cheese curds a little too salty for me. But I can't wait to try the other items on the menu when I am near another Culver's.

We’ve eaten at many of Culver’s over the years but our experience here was the best we’ve ever had. We arrived during lunch hour so they were extremely busy. Our hot food came out fast. Although we had to wait slightly longer than usual for our custard, the superior customer service made it worth it. The food was all very good but the best part about this location was its employees. As a former fast food restaurant manager I was very impressed with this crew.

Thank you all for the service you provide, our cashier/server was amazing as well as all the other staff. Halloween night and you guys did great!

We love Culver's because every Culver's is consistent no matter where we are in the country (we travel a lot). The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The employees are always courteous, speak clearly, and clean. Thank you for your consistency wherever we travel. We feel like we're home whenever we go to Culver's.
My husband LOVES the Pork Loin sandwich with pickle, mustard, and onion (he ALWAYS orders it), but for some reason, it's not on the list of recommended dishes on this survey. You might want to add it to your recommended dishes list.

I've been going to Culver's for years and have never had any problems. The food is good and the service and atmosphere are very good.

Just the spot, for a shake and a burger! Bring your best gal, bring your family, BRING YOUR APPETITE!! Its a really great location, mostly because the staff here ROCKS!!! Friendly faces get you started, taking your order- fast service, gets your food in front of your face, almost as fast as u fill your fountain drink! Phenomenal food is what will be in your thoughts, as well as in your MOUTH, as their Burger enters you! Enjoy Fall fans! or Spring or Summer or Winter- whatever the weather, Get in there!!!

It's clean , the food is consistently good, and the service is excellent. Good burger and ice cream joint.
