Ocean Blue Car Wash

I submitted an email with concerns about my experience as a club member to Ocean Blue car wash. Within approximately a week, Morgan, the second street manager phoned me regarding my experience and truly, and thoroughly wanted to do what ever she could to help me. The phone call was totally unexpected and the level of concern and understanding she expressed was beyond what I was expecting. Her customer service, which I assume reflects the Ocean Blue car wash company level of customer service, was impeccable. Morgan is a really an asset and outstanding customer service representative. In short, really, really great customer service, and car wash service. Best choice that I could have made for keeping my vehicles clean. Thank you

My dog enjoyed the smooth ride through the car wash system. I enjoyed the clean and tidy vacuum bays. Brock was very helpful during the payment process.

Always a great place. This attendant Noah help my pregnant wife's across the walkway when she was in some pain so she could use the bathroom. Then helped me get everything situated to help get us on our way! Amazing team and amazing noah!

Noah is the best! Super helpful and friendly and gave us fresh towels when everyone was being greedy little gremlins! Even towards the end of the day he was making sure things were tidy and people were helped. Best car wash in the area!

as a monthly member, I’m now saving money vs paying for every single wash. My favorite thing is that they have multiple locations, so I can just pop in between appointments to get a quick wash. Bonus: free vacuums & courtesy microfiber towels to finish drying the truck.

Sawyer went out of his way to help me get more towels to wipe my car down since there were none left in the stalls. He was very polite and asked if there was anything else he could do to help me. That was excellent service!

My car enjoys getting all kinds of fresh and so clean clean at Ocean Blue. Customer service has been on point any time I’ve had a question or concern. Usually bring my own microfibers, but if I have a brain fart and forget them, then I appreciate the towels they let you use. Thanks, guys! 🤩👍🏼

I am always greeted with kindness. My Jeep comes out clean and and I am very happy with the helpful staff like Michael that go out of their way to ensure everyone's satisfied with the car wash!

Received a friendly greeting from Michael. Love the cloth towels to help dry and complete my car cleaning. Free vacuums are well worth the price of a wash.
