Rental process was super simple. Quick, easy, and even got a tutorial from the gentleman on how to use the product. Who knew getting my PhD as a rug doctor was so easy. They were even patient when I forgot one of the attachments for my pressure washer, and let me do a partial return. Kept me from lugging the machines back and forth again!

Donna Jeakle was awesome! She was really nice, gave us great customer service and even some bottles of water. Will definitely be back!

Probably the most helpful employers I’ve ever encountered at any Home Depot. Went to get some repair items for a screen door, and I had no idea what size the spline was. The guy in the door department helped me find the exact size by measuring a similar door using some cool tool, that I’ve never seen before. When I got to customer service, the lady instantly came over and asked if I needed help and even tied together the three pieces of trim that I had bought to make it easier to get them in my car, offering to hold the trim while I used my credit card in the payment machine. Very thoughtful experience.

Melessia, Home Depot Assistant Manager at 1919 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 helped us last night 12/29/23 at 8:05pm. She was the closing manager and we were there to buy some clearance items that she helped us with. The Issue was that they were the last 2 rocking chairs in the garden department but they had mold all over them and they were broken. She marked them down since they needed to be repaired and repainted which made it a value for us. I figured we could repair them and sand and repaint them. The store was closing at 9am and we were not sure if we would be able to fit both of them in our car. Melessia offered to meet us after 9pm so we could pick up the 2nd chair if they both didn't fit. She was such a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service skills! We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate her! We were able to fit both chairs in our car after all!

My husband and I moved to Jacksonville about a year ago and have found that this Home Depot is well stocked. The employees who work here answer questions readily and are attentive to customers' needs.

The staff was beyond friendly! I went in for two things but quickly started filling my arms with all I could hold because, you know, they put all the good stuff at the front (very strategic!) and a young man named Jonathan offered, then proceeded to get me a shopping cart. Another person whom I wish I knew the name of, gave me directions to products and when I ran into him again he made sure I found what I was looking for instead of avoiding my glance like so many of us might do. Then Janice at the cash register rang me up. She too was delightful to interact with and not a moment passed without a smile on her face.

I can’t say I’ve ever been so well taken care of at a Home Depot. Well done! 👏

I rented a carpet cleaner to clean our office. Easy check out process, however the unit I rented was not functioning correctly. I went back to the store and they were able to swap it for a new unit. I was impressed by the way they handled the exchange- no hassle and very pleasant.

I was love this Home Depot..it has very good service with every time I go I find helpful people. Latest encounter was Joey who gave us a run through in the electrical and garden department. Felt nice to have someone take their time explaining something you’ve little knowledge to fully understanding and making a right purchase.

Very helpful at paint counter. They do tint primer here. Nice clean store

Did curbside pickup and it was lighting fast the guys was super friendly. Was a wonderful first time experience doing curbside.

I have never had a "bad" experience at Home Depot but today I had a phenomenal one. The store manager helped me load racks on to my cart. With the best attitude ever. The cashier was phenomenal and the loader. Great customer service.

Found the vinyl planks for my kitchen I had been looking for all week! Staff is very helpful snd nice!

Small location so they did not have much of a Halloween selection (that’s what we were looking for). Otherwise very pleasant experience and super friendly and helpful associates.

01/11/17 I went to wells rd Home Depot to buy my fluorescent bulb for my aquarium, they notice that is not the fluorescent bulb is the problem is my aquarium hood so the cashier called her brother name Micha as you can see on the picture he did look at it and then he is fixing it and he did!!! 👏👏Im so glad that he is there to fix it my aquarium hood and I only buy the equipment, thanks for fixing it for free!!! 😘😘😘😘

Excellentr experience with the man on the paint desk today. I called ahead and he checked stock to make sure it was there before driving 45 minutes. It is a specialty paint and he answered questions about priming the area.

Great for homeowners needs! They have great tools, supplies, and even bales of pine straw that I can use in my chicken coop! I only wish it was easier to rent a brush hog from them!
