The new set up with the self checkout section is great! They have a bunch of self checkout kiosks and the bagging area is a lot bigger than most self checkout kiosks. It has like 4 bag holders with a rounded shelf instead of only 2 with barely any room to fit your items after bagging.

I love Walmart!! I just spend to much money when I go in there lol. But wonderful location. Staff was very helpful and they had some good deals the day I went. I would recommend everyone to go to this location! It has not let me down yet!

Every one in this Walmart is sooooo nice and pleasant. Every place so neat and clean. Team members very very helpful.
They take you too the place you need.

This review is in regards to an associate named Emma B. She offered me amazing service over the phone when I called. We all know how frustrating it can be to get someone on the phone when you call the Walmart store directly. And if you ever do get anyone on the phone, they're not always so nice or they tell you they can't help you. Well, it did take a bit to get someone on the line but when I did, it was Emma. And instead of passing me off or telling me it wasn't her job (which I don't think it was), she took down my information and offered to place me on hold while she went and found someone in the department I was looking for and got me some answers.

I really appreciated her time and efforts.

This is an incredible Walmart. It has everything and it is busy but you don't feel overwhelmed by the people when you're inside. Very well organized. Very clean

This review is about a Walmart associate. I was in the Collins Road store yesterday and I could not find what I needed. I was lucky enough to find a young woman named Sandy Arias. She was so kind, pleasant and helpful and lead me to exactly what I wanted. This young woman needs a raise and Walmart needs to hire more employees like her.

Good store, clean, open, easy to find stuff and lots of stuff available there. No long line when I went in. Had a happy shopping experience.

I hit up the eco atm and sold my broke phone

My favorite place to shop 😊 I'm there just about 3 or 4 times a week I prefer this store over a few in the area 🤷🏽 Special shout out to a little girl that works there named Toni she's always so friendly and eager to help with the smile 😊

Easy easy in went and got what I needed got in line no waiting but self-checkout I had to do all the work myself so the prices should come down or I should have access to your break room since I'm working for you for free

This is the nicest Walmart in the area. It’s clean, has good variety, and the staff I have encountered are nice! :) This is my favorite Walmart.

Very popular store location. Right off the 295 Looper around Jacksonville. Easy to get to.

Had these on clerance but wasn't price or the app didn't tell me. So what I do bring it up front and if I don't want it they can put it back.

They have a great selection of grocery items and cheaper prices than Target.

I love Wally World!!! Always low prices and everything u need is right there. They have great deals on phones and electronics. Shop all ur needs at one place. And I can use my Walmart Credit card to order online and have it ready for pick up anytime.
