I must say that my experience at this Lowe's location was amazing. I walked into this location to be met with superior customer service, starting with Mr Cline in the lighting department. He took the time to show me the exact specialty light bulb that was needed in my kitchen and gave me many options and told me about the features on the bulbs and gave recommendations for the best one to purchase. Then I was looking puzzled in the bath fixture area, and Mr Gary came to my rescue. He took me to the proper aisle with the shower rod that was needed and proceeded to explain how to customize the part to fit my needs. He was very kind and pleasant with a smile when assisting me with my purchase. I quickly checked out at the self check register, which was clean and well stocked. Then I exited the store to see My Superhero in the parking coraling the carts. GO MR GARY. I would hire him without hesitation with his genuine care for the stores upkeep and deliverance or excellent customer service, He's what is needed in 2023 to bring the spunk back in the brick and mortar location hospitality. 👍

Ordered mulch online for pick up. I was greeted by Juice at the mulch pick up area. Great friendly guy. Placed the pallet right in the back of my truck with his forklift and sent me on my way. Easy, convenient and quick service with a smile. What else could you ask for?

Christi at the loading area was so nice. She is a strong woman and she helped to load numerous bags of 2 cu fertilizer into our trunk. Thanks again for your help.

Needed 5 gallon of concrete paint and sure as shooting they had just what I was looking for. Sales guy took it out from under the racks and did the 5 gallon shaker. Plenty of parking and sales help.

Josh B was excellent, and was extremely courteous while helping us load our truck. He was able to organize everything so we could drive with it safely secured. Thanks, Josh!

The Christmas truck workshop was great! My kid was happy to build this truck himself!!!

If I had to compare the service against one of the competitors the initials (H D) they are much better, since they are customer friendly and one of the things I notice their employees are willing to assist and take you to the are we're the items you are looking will be located. They also make suggestions and the pros desk is willing to look for items for not so at their competitors were they were gone and and the (H D) customer service was not aware.

The store to me it looked more organized and clean.

Plenty of parking, with also more than sufficient handicap parking, and easy accessable.

Great experience forget their competitors since you will waste your time.

Gary the Retired Veteran who works in Plumbing is AMAZING!! I needed pvc pipes to build a makeshift perch that fits inside my bird's travel backpack. He measured, cut, and assembled it for me. Fits like a glove too!!! He is such a big help and I couldn't be more grateful 😁 Thank you Gary! You are appreciated 👏

Finding good, knowledgeable assistance in these big box stores is hard to come by. When I go to my neighborhood Lowe’s I look for one sales associate. Her name is Robin. Robin is easy to find and don’t “run away” from customers who look lost or look like they have questions. Robin is usually in the electrical department, but I’ve seen her assist in various other departments lending her same knowledgeable and skillful abilities to customers in need of answers. I have walked out and went elsewhere when I had questions about a project I’m working on and she wasn’t available.

Awesome, fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Exceptionally friendly, professional employees. If I had a question I literally turned around and there was an employee there to help me find what I needed

I ordered a range from Costco, after unloading it the stove was damaged, it was returned and the next delivery date is scheduled for December 20th, so goodbye Thanksgiving Day dinner. I visited Lowe’s on Philips Hwy and I wasn’t acknowledged by the 2 saleswomen so I came to Lowe’s on Old Field Crossing. Ms Danielle greeted me and went above and beyond to find a range to be delivered to my house before Thanksgiving day. Lowe’s didn’t have it until Dec18th. But with her efforts she found a range that can be delivered on Nov 15th. Danielle I can’t thank you enough. I will be coming soon for more purchases at your store.

We have been going to Lowes for years. Almost all the time, they have whatever I need. Great prices and great service.

I don’t shop here often enough. They have an excellent selection of quality goods and tools. Competitively priced also.

Picked up some work materials & checked out their seasonal Halloween display with my boys. Great display!

I always spend too much money here and almost always come out with more than I went in for.
One thing, although it wasn't enough to drop a star, was their items are in a different spot than my usual Lowe's. I do love shopping here, although today I hadn't purchased anything so ...
... Progress, not perfection.

My company has had a vendor program with Lowe's for a while now and every store staff is a pleasure to be around but we really like this staff they go out of their way to help everyone

I don't know if it's a symptom of getting older or something, but I keep going to Lowe's purely for fun. Whether I'm there to pass the time or if I need something specific, shopping at Lowe's is always quick and easy. You may get lost in that giant, but luckily the store is heavily labeled and (mostly) staffed with helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable folks. (Some of the younger ones have much to learn yet...)
Not one department is lacking, you can almost always find what you need for a reasonable price. In those rare occasions that you can't, their website & app always comes in handy. (If you were super smart, you'd check the inventory on the app first 😆)
Now if only I could actually build stuff haha!!!
