Hagan Ace Hardware

This hardware store makes you feel like you live in a small town from a Hallmark move. It’s just the right size to find everything you need and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve had to go there several times over the past month and I always leave there happy.

My latest stop was to have my daughter’s car key fixed. I knew the dealership would be hundreds of dollars so I was expecting at least $100 for Ace Hardware to replace her key. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind. He showed me an alternative to replace just the case. He said come back in 10 minutes and he worked on it himself and it was good as new for $35. While he worked on her key, I poked my head in the little gift shop which I had been in many times before. This time I found a beautiful new perfume that reminded me of the sunny beach days in Florida. I love this hardware store

Great local store when in need of those important household items. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Store is clean and well organized. Some cool finds at times in the clearance section! Join the rewards program and use those coupon savings. So glad to pick up the new air filters for the new ac unit on this visit. Best Ace Hardware in Jacksonville! The store here is huge and has a gift shop, florist and amazing garden center. The garden center is great, relatively cheaper prices for rarer plants. The staff were very friendly and helped us pick a paint color. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful florists. It's been a year since they created beautiful arrangements for our high school social event. Friendly and helpful they gave us a good price on our table pieces. Highly recommend them for your event.

We initially went to Ace to look at kayak trailers as just getting an idea first. We met Nate in the kayak area and asked a simple question as to how much they were. Nate responded with price but was engaged and asked us some questions and responded with some of the key points. But the reason I’m leaving this review was how thorough he explained the specs and how friendly he was. Nate definitely sold me without me feeling like I was sold. More than that he helped get the trailer and get my kayaks on there for me without me asking. Just a pleasurable experience all round thank to Nate. Ace is lucky to have Nate. Good people are hard to find these days and Ace has a good one. Thanks Nate. We will be coming to you for next kayak.

This review is for the Stihl equipment repair department. All of the guys are great, and this last go round, Dustin took especially good care of us. He thoroughly explained the problem, talked us through our options, and got it turned around to us quickly. Great customer service as well from a very pleasant young man. A pleasure to do business with these guys as always.

Visited on Wednesday and was blown away by the outdoor Garden Center areas...amazing selection, informative labeling, helpful staff...it was a hidden oasis! Whoever is managing and working the outdoor area is doing an amazing job!
Srawberry plants, winter veggie plants, orchid, succulent...can't decide...headed back this week to find something new to tend!

Rebecca is the GOAT! Been checking in for a product once a week for a month and all it took was answering her question of "How can I help you today?" She went above and beyond in looking for the product and made it appear like magic. I am a happy planter. Beside that, this location has the best selection of exotic plants I've seen in the area. Oh my gosh, I wish I could come here more often period well my husband was browsing around the giant hardware store I was browsing around the well kept beautiful garden area. I had my eye on a staghorn fern but left with the most beautiful in bud Vanda orchid hanging from the ceiling. Their orchid selection was excellent in all of the plants were very very high quality regardless of what type they were. The pricing was a little high but you can expect that for top quality orchids. I mean these were teaming with blooms and buds. I feel like I graduated with this Vanda my very first of this kind. The woman who helped even manage to direct me to request a calendar for $5 off. My Vanda was $50 instead of $55. she has seven big fat beautiful buds on her. A lot of women would prefer jewelry for Christmas, but when my husband asked if I wanted it for Christmas I said yes yes! ❤

Best Ace Hardware in Jacksonville! They have a large, incredible selection of hardware here and hard to find items that other hardware stores don't stock. The store is kept very clean and well organized. I like supporting local business as opposed to Amazon and billionaire Bezos. It's too bad I live far away or I would come here more often!

This is the best place to shop! The employees are always so nice and friendly. You can always find the help you need fast. I went there yesterday for flowering plants for a shady area. I asked the lady in the garden dept for help. I didn't get her name but she was so nice. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to the area where I needed to be. She showed me different plants and told me all about them. She really took her time to explain things to me. I love that they have a store cat!
