Rally House Arlington

Rally House Arlington went above and beyond to help me exchange my online purchase for a TCU sweatshirt in a different size. They found the sweatshirt, held it for me, and had it ready to exchange when I arrived. Great customer service and a very well stocked store.

Great selection. A bit crowded with merchandise causing a problem getting around for my wife who has Parkinson's and uses a walker.

I received help from a really nice, young lady in the afternoon this past Tuesday finding Rangers Tshirts for the game later that day. She helped me find the ones I liked online and was so kind. I did not get her name, but she looked of Southwest Asian descent. The store itself had tons of selection as well. I will definitely be back, like Schwarzenegger, but in a good way!

I walked in and was instantly greeted! The staff was great and showed me exactly to the A&M section and helped me choose my item! i was then checked out by the Manager Alexa, who was extremely helpful and asked about my day! Will definitely be back very frequently!

A great place to find your team sports memorabilia- packed with stuff almost to the cluttered point. Friendly staff. Prices I guess are ok. Just sticker shocked I’m sure.

Outstanding selection of caps/hats. Easy process to order. Had to exchange 2 hats for smaller size and that process was smooth. Replacement order delivery was fast!

The customer service is outstanding at this location. They were all attentive and kind. We were assisted with finding the perfect jersey for our dog, and found a fun Dallas skyline shirt for my husband. The selection is great, and we will be back before football season because the customer service was so wonderful.

Great selection and fair prices for jerseys. I really like the smaller selection of memorabilia.
