Allen was phenomenal, he went absolutely above and beyond. I needed some good insoles as mine were bothering my feet. He had phenomenal customer service and made sure to find the best insoles for my feet. Highly recommend going to Red wing shoes and working with Allen for your boot needs.

Alan is a consummate professional. His warm demeanor, friendly, can-do, helpful attitude, made our very first visit to a red wing store, the best ever. Alan walked us through fitting and accommodated us on a variety of sizes and models of shoe and explain the breaking in process that is unique to Heritage footwear, if you are in the south metro, I strongly encourage you to ask for Alan when you were at the Burnsville red wing store. Dan was incredibly helpful in finding new boots. He is very knowledgeable. He scanned my feet and found proper insoles for the arch of my feet as well as the correct size. Thanks Dan!

Clay helped me out today with a warranty issue and was more than helpful (had my size and color in stock which is awesome) also got my feet scanned for special insoles for my high arches, found my new go to red wing store

Great selection of really good work shoes. Mike helped me pick out a pair and try them on. He measured my feet and checked my arches. He helped me try them on. Great set of work shoes. Loved the whole experience!

Great experience at this store. Stopped in for work boots, scanned my feet and Mathew knew what boot would work best for me almost immediately. I tried on several boots before settling on his suggestion and left feeling very confident with these boots.

Good people, very patient and determined to make sure you have a shoe that fits you right. Clay ordered in a model for me that I couldn't find locally and that was very helpful. Also went through some different sizes of boots until I found the right size for me. I appreciate their flexibility in working through that process.

Clay and all the other Red Wing shoe experts at this location have been phenomenal to work with. They ensured the right boot and fit for me. I can be high maintenance and they were very accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have worked with both Mathew and Clay I believe over the past few years and have always been given great service. After working many years in retail I know good service and great product knowledge when I am on the receiving end of it now. I get that every time I visit even if I don’t buy anything and am just looking. Love the Red Wing and Irish Setter brands and will never go anywhere else!

Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable about the product, fit and promotions. I went in for a pair of work boots and came out with two pair due to the sales associate and promotion.

Been going to this location for 15+ years and have always had great service. Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe (weird design). After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost. Redwing stands behind their product and the most comfortable shoes/boots money can buy!
