Party City

As always had selection of party items and was looking for hot cups. Prices aren’t too bad as expected a bit pricey than before.

Very nice place to get ideas for decorating. They are able to create any balloon masterpiece you could imagine.

They had what I was looking for in stock, the store was clean and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Will be back!

Got all the supplies needed for Halloween. However the customer service wasn't great.

I absolutely love shopping here. Everybody in the store is always so nice and welcoming especially the cashier that's always in the front, she's a little cute white haired short lady, she's such a sweet lady! If I can't find anything or have questions, Their always there! Will definitely be back!

I came here a few weeks before Halloween, so I knew they'd be busy with kids trying to get costumes. But I was able to get the party supplies I needed, without a long wait. The workers I came across seemed to be in good spirits, which is refreshing to see

Joey was awesome by going above and beyond tonight! I ran up there just before closing to surprise my daughter with a costume she needed for school. There weren't any on the shelves and Joey offered to look in the back, without my even asking and came out with 3 sizes to choose from. Thank you Joey for being so nice, and give that man a raise and promotion, party city!

You won't find a better selection of party planning list items. Generally it's easy to peruse the store uninterrupted, and if needing help get that too.

This store had plenty of inventory and the young lady working in the area was very helpful with getting the right sizes we needed. Our first year dressing up and going to a Halloween party. Black widow and sub zero.

Great place for any occasion

Staff was helpful. Selection was pretty decent. I’d say the prices on some items seemed a bit high but I imagine that had something to do with licensing costs. Otherwise a fine establishment.

We came in on Christmas Eve 30mins to close for a balloon purchase. Everyone was pleasant and happy to answer our questions!

The workers were very helpful and nice. They were out of stock of what I needed but called another Party City and had them hold the items for me and patiently explained how to get to their other store as I'm not familiar at all with this area. Thanks a lot ladies! Have a very blessed Christmas.

I've been shopping online for large letter balloons all morning and found that I could save a lot by ordering from Amazon ...$5.69 compared to $9.99 at Party City. After reading the online reviews about the quality of the letters I thought I would call Party City and see if theirs were a higher quality letter. I was hesitant to call this store because of the negative reviews about their customer service but was pleasantly surprised by Barbara who answered with a very friendly voice. She was more than willing to answer all my balloon questions and offered helpful suggestions to make my son's 30th party a success. I will go there later today and look at my options. I look forward to meeting Barbara!

Always has the items I'm searching for. I also order bigger quantities thru their online web site.

Saw an item online, called to see if it was in store. Kim picked up on first ring, was very nice, looked up item number and even double checked to be 100% it was there. Never had any problems with this store! Thanks for the help Kim!
