Everyone knows Floor & Decor has a wide variety of tile and wood selections at great prices, yet what most people don’t know, is their free design services, which I had no intention of taking advantage of until I met Cristobal Brain. Still not sure how to explain his friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail. A true genius in design, after just a few words he seemed to have figured out my exact style and what I was trying to accomplish. Got through selecting floors for an 3600 sq ft home and decorating five bathrooms and the laundry room without a glitch!
Floor & Decor has a wide variety of options, which is good but at the same time can be overwhelming. Cristobal helped narrow down the search and his logic and explanation behind each decision made it easy to make selections.
Trust his taste wholeheartedly and am excited to see the finished product. Had attempted to do this project with other designers but 2 minutes after meeting and speaking with Cristobal, I knew the search for a designer had finally come to an end. Highly recommend him and only him to get the job done right! It was a true pleasure working with him!

Wonderful service, price, quality, and more! We had a great experience while choosing the tiles, vanities, faucets, floors, and doors for our house renovations. Adriana was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind at anytime, without her help we wouldn’t be able to get the perfect look that we were looking for. Thanks for all the good stuff!

Bought tile last week and Fidel in pick up in warehouse gave such a great customer service. He had a great and friendly attitude and was able to work with us to load our tiles since we didn't have a big truck. Very pleased with his service.

I went shopping for bathroom tiles for my shower space. Alma Rodriguez, Design Consultant went beyond my expectations in answering and helping me pick out tiles that nicely created a great design for my shower, shower floor and walls! Noely was very helpful, friendly and patient when I wanted to see different options to match a tile and Martha the cashier was also thorough explaining everything including pick up time and she wrote everything even when it wasn’t required. Don’t waste your time and ask for Maria Carolina Amaya! Your experience at floor and decor will be your best yet. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and shopped at other floor and decor locations. I just met her my last purchase and highly recommend her. The best customer service and very attentive to your needs at all times. Genuinely wanting to help find exactly what you’re looking for. She walked down the isles with me many times, just willing to make me happy. Choose her for your next purchase you won’t regret it.

Five stars cannot cover the level of service we received from Cristobal and Corniel; they deserve 100 stars each!!!! We highly recommend Floor & Decor; you will walk in a novice and walk out a specialist as they are most efficient and explanatory. We are happy campers!!

I went to the store to get design ideas. Franz Repole was helping me and I have to say he was the most amazing representative any company could wish for. He was very knowledgeable and professional but he was also patient with me and not stressing me to make design decisions quickly. That by itself will make me a lifelong loyal customer of Floor and Decor. I went to HomeDepot for some other stuff and I saw similar products and didn’t even bother talking to their sales people because I would never disappoint such a hard working man like Franz is. The whole team at the Doral store seemed to be very kind and helpful and they all work well together. Well done, Management :)

Went today to get some supplies for my house and I must give a shout out to Fidelangel. He was super helpful and knowledgeable of everything and gave me some good tips and advice. I will be back and I hope tu bump into him again!

I visited Floor & Decor with a desperate need for guidance in choosing the right tile combo for our bath remodel. I came upon Carolina on the showroom floor and she immediately assessed my needs, grabbed a flat bed and stated helping me chose tile combos to decide. All the time I was FaceTiming w my wife, and Carolina was so cheerful and positive throughout my visit. She made great money saving suggestions and I was done quickly. Gosh, she was even my cashier! Later that night she texted me more details about the grout to make sure I got it right….who does that? We are thrilled w our selection and Carolinas guidance. Oh and the tile price was in line w the competition. We recommend Carolina and this place 100%.

Hi!!! I visited the floor and decor located in Doral last Sunday. The variety of tiles selection is huge but the employees are the most valuable things. I had the opportunity to know Yexi-in home designer consultant. She was so kind and professional. She gave me important tips to design my bathroom. She explained me some safe issues about different materials and how match the wall tiles with the shower floor tiles. Also, her boss explained me everything about the whisper mat, her knowledge was a key point to the approval of my project by my HOA. It was an excellent experience. This place is very recommended.☺✅

Jacinta was amazing in helping my mom pick out tiles for our new home. She was very friendly and gave great suggestions and gave her all the amazing options available to her.
