Spoke to Emily regarding Rx being out of stock. She was so very helpful and extremely patient. I'm sure she was very busy as Walgreens is always busy. The pharmacy didn't have what I needed but she did everything she could trying help including suggesting other locations.

Ever since Mike, the pharmacist, started working there, doing business with this pharmacy has been great. He almost always is the one who answers the phone, and even though I know he must be extremely busy, he goes out of his way to help with anything I’ve asked. He truly cares for his patients and makes you feel like a person and for that I am grateful.

Walgreens hit gold when they hired this guy, and I hope they realize it and do everything they can to keep him there. Service like this is rare, these days.

This Walgreens pharmacy is always busy but so reliable. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist work very hard filling prescriptions providing the best customer service possible. My entire family have used them for refills, flu shots, and other vaccinations. I don’t mind waiting since I know they will always provide good care. Thank you so much Reggie for your help today!

Needed to get a propane tank and the staff were super helpful. I prefer printing photos here as well as their systems work well and again the staff seemed more than happy to help.

Wow! Amazing staff! So friendly, and understanding! Helped me in a tough spot with a family tragedy get the photos I needed for the memorial, even though I had forgotten to add them!!! Just WOW! Thank you so much! Shay (sorry if I’m miss remembering) is phenomenal!

Chassity initial pharm tech was  kind and personable.

The pharmacist Ms.Domanique was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the vaccine and helping me pick a suitable support insole for my mom.

In all the walgreens on Southfield was clean organized and had people in and out. The vaccine tech Brandon was great. Get your shot at this location!

Completed my vaccination! Pharmacist Dominique was quick and kind. The staff was busy but very nice to all the customers patiently waiting.

Short lines, never seen it busy, and rarely don’t find what I’m looking for.

Their photo department is pretty quick at printing, but I wish they would update their editing kiosk. It’s hard to use, and some of my photos got cut off.

Prescriptions are always ready when promised. I get reminders when it is time to refill. Truly a full service pharmacy. We even get our flu shot there every year!

In and out within 15 minutes and the drive thru is even quicker.. Clean stores as well and great sales

Best pharmacy in Shreveport. Never have had an issue, they are fast and do things right.

Customer service in the Pharmacy is a bit lacking but over all I go here for most of my families stuff. The red box out front is a nice addition to.
