The clerk at the CVS patiently helped me load up all my coupons and suggested that I use the app so I don't have to put my phone number in. He was helpful. I also got my vaccine and only had to wait 5 minutes to get in. Very effecient.

The Pharmacist went out of her way helping me locate Vit/Natural for Meno Women by Recommenation (Women) CVS staff hands downs you make a difference in your lives you just don't probably hear this from customers. This place has improved from my last review. I'm guessing they got rid of the unprofessional employees. I called this location 3 times and spoke to 3 different employees. Cory and Thwee(probably didn't spell that right) were great when I spoke to them on the phone. Thwee acknowledged me when I went in to get my prescription. She was friendly with a smile.

This store is great. Especially the team member Ashley is so friendly and caring about the customers. I went there and during my visit, she helped every single customer with care. Thank you Ashley

I've been getting my prescriptions at CVS for a long time. They are busy but they will always make time to help you. They send you a text when your meds are ready. I find that so helpful. They have just about anything you would need when it comes to meds. They also have cosmetics, house hold cleaners, laundry aids, snacks. Well, everything you would think a drug store would have. They do deliver and have a drive up window.😊

The staff is always very friendly when I enter. If I need assistance, staff is very helpful. The pharmacy goes out of their way to help me with prescriptions. One pharmacy worker, Sandra, is especially helpful to me and I've seen her also give others top notch customer service.

Ashley deserves a raise great customer service

Ive used this pharmacy for 2 years now for my son’s many medications. They are very responsive and the pharmacist works very hard to get prescriptions handled quickly and resolve any issues. Only thing problem I’ve ever had is when I call there are long hold times. I think they need more staff.

I have been coming to the CVS on Oates and Northwest Highway Mesquite for many years the customer service, Minute Clinic, pharmacist as well at the Cashiers are very friendly. I must mention "Don" at the cashier always willing to help and always greets friendly! I highly recommend this store.

The ladies in the pharmacy are awesome. My sons medicine was at another location. The other location had charged for the meds, but the pharmacy was closed till tomorrow. My son really needed the medicine tonight. The kind ladies helped get the total down for me so I could get his amoxicillin tonight. Thank yall so much!!

I went into cvs on Oates in the morning and the worker Sean was amazing he was very helpful and nice he helped up find out product and gave us information on other this amazing job

Pharmacy and vaccine staff are super fast and helpful! Management is out and helpful for customers walking in, everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend for a friendly fast no fuss experience.
